i love this build! i'm just imagining the welcome party and everyone is hanging out in the living room...then needs to use the bathroom. "oh, of course you can use the bathroom! it's 3 floors up. see you in 2 hours."

the exterior is so good with the thing you did with the lights 😳 you're so talented!

Try the “Domino Effect Challenge” it’s a design challenge when building. Have an exterior set and when decorating you start with one object, for example blue and white couch. For the next object you place needs to have blue and/or white in it and be touching the couch/ directly next to. So second item is blue, orange and black rug, the third item black side table, black blue and white chair, etc. The goal is to not be a solid color build and to make a good looking house!

Her talent on building and decorating is already a given, but can we notice how GREAT Syd is with lighting???! She can give the build a completely different look and mood with just the lightings! A lighting Goddess!!!

This is a perfect house for an outgoing + perfectionist and high maintenance traits in the business career with the aspiration that came with city living. They have a side gig as a singer and programmer; their likes are signing and photography but they're always too busy with their current career to look into full timing their "passions" since they're lifestyle is workaholic.

oh wow such a gorgeous build! i love the idea of the lower floors being a bit like showroom-y. and the idea of doing a morning swim where you lap your entire house 100% fits the vibes this house's sim gives off

You should start an informal series where people submit families/sims to a # w a light summary of the family, with 3 must haves and 3 things to avoid (people can be as crazy as they want, like avoid brown furniture, etc) and you build houses/apartments for them!!

Everytime you called out your own sass had me howling 😂😂 it's só funny!

I immediately saw hanging chandeliers underneath every overhang part of the top most levels. Basically the overhanging floor is the ceiling for a chandelier that is more of an outdoor art piece.

I love your builds so much! I don't understand why you are not popular. Your builds are extremely creative. Most popular sims KZreadrs go for basic suburban or modern style, but you always make it look extra.

You are sincerely the most creative builder I’ve seen! You can take the weirdest and hardest shells and make them into something absolutely stunning! 💜

The fact she says she isn't crazy enough to do more basement levels yet I believe she is the KZread that did a apartment recently where a secret building was added and there was max floor levels
