Awesome video and channel man! We had the same generational issue...my dad was a drummer and solved it for my sister and I who are both drummers. We now use a home studio for our recordings and so drum covers on KZread! 🤘🤘
Make Art Now vibes for sure XD LOVE IT DUDE! Gonna be posting my little studio rebuild soon too hahaha

Hey Brandon
Looks awesome!!! It's been fun to watch your studio space evolve over the years. Have a great Christmas Gabe.
Dude, I'm so freaking excited for this studio, and that new logo man! As soon as I saw it I was like that's hot!!! Favorite part for sure. Suggestion, those panels could be replaced with some concert picture materials, like movie posters, not just of I Prevail, but perhaps some other bands or drummers that have inspired you.
That pearl snare sounds amazing, the brass one.
Congratulations gabe..So beautiful studio❤️
Congratulations Man! Amazing studio ❤️❤️❤️
Nice renovations Gabe!! Merry Christmas!!

Wow,, your studio is awesome, congratulations on your successes. Also your drum set sounds exceptional with the those different snares are very unique. Will you have WAV. files of the different sounds of your set, cymbals, and snares, etc to buy for eletronic drum kits? Thank you for helping with my lessons and practicing journey.

Hi Bro - I turned my garage (small) into my painting studio. It was going to be 2storied to take my drums & provide plenty of storage as well. But, like many people the money didn’t go far enough. I have my painting studio (small, & now crowded) and my drum kits are upstairs in the house still. Keep up the great work. Cheers Owen Brown Australia.
It looks sickkkk👌🏽

Fantastic video. I love my Reference Pure (Music City Custom) as well. I would suggest ordering up a 24x16 as an alternate kick. Once I went up to 24" and 26" the sky opened up. So much dynamics and sub-sonics that cannot be captured in a 22"...just my two cents...then you have options for different sessions...aside from that...an awesome video and space!!
Damn this is so nice! 💪

I'd very much like to what those ceiling mounted arms for your overheads are and where to get em. I've been wanting to do something similar but finding ceiling-mountable mic arms is surprisingly difficult. Thanks!

I'm interested to know how your neighbors feel about this setup. Wondering how far the sound travels from your garage with the new panels and acoustics or if the sound that travels out of the garage is still the same.
Gabe you should put a i prevail logo on the wall behind the drum kit witch I love
I really like how the studio came out I watched the video on DBO. I like how the light comes out from behind the panels. You should do a video showing how it sounds from outside to show how much it works.
@DrumBeatsOnline

Less sound leaves the space post Audimute treatment naturally....but the real isolation elements should have been added in the structural isolation (when the walls were being built... predominantly for low frequency containment.). We did not know each other back then. Point is ...take a acoustic pro with you when you consider a studio project from the onset. There’s plenty out there or you can certainly reach out to me. I’m glad to help.
Nice! Couple of questions: did you seal up the garage door? did you do anything to soundproof any other doors or windows? If you did, how so? Also did you double sheet rock with an air gap left between the insulation and the sheet rock? Where did you purchase the subfloor with rubber feet? It looks like those come in 2‘ x 2‘,? correct!
Another level
I love your studio so much, I hate myself for not being able to have something like that.

For that wall maybe you could do a sign that says "Drumsbeats Online" maybe with some lights or something. Prob not a neon sign but I think you get my vibe. I'd kill for a jam space like that m8. I'm actually a vocalist xD Not even a drummer haha
I like the studio and how you organize your stuff. How do you clean your kit and studio with all those? hehe i mean it would really take time?
Fujitsu Mini split nice
Cool
Place looks great. Have you ever thought about using cymbal springs for saving your cymbals ? I use them on ALL of mine and I love them. I haven't broke a cymbal in YEARS. Let me know what your thoughts are of them. Great studio upgrade bro, congratulations.
Yoqu could put a cymbal wall behind the drumset, similar to the cymbal walls at music stores. I think it’d look sick.
Looks amazing!!!! How is the soundproofing? I wanna try to get my garage soundproof if possible so I won't bother all my neighbors haha.
So sick, feeling inspired to start building my studio seeing how amazing yours turned out, after starting as slightly more budget friendly a few years ago to this amazing space now. Also idk if it's a preference or not but could those angled overheads be messing with your stereo spectrum, since they're pointed in rather than straight down? Regardless, loving the content recently man!

@@DrumBeatsOnline I’ve always enjoyed your drum tones anyway so perhaps it’s more of a theoretical nitpick than a ‘problem’ haha.
I have a functioning garage so all the junk around absorbs the sound pretty nicely, my son and I have two half stacks, a 410 & 1x15 300w bass cab and then my drum set. We have really good neighbors so they don't mind when we crank it up but we also don't play after dark 👍. I'm getting a storage shed next week so I'm going to have to get something to absorb the sound because I will be emptying my garage.
Look very nice
love the Earthworks mics but you're missing what makes an awesome drum sound a great drum sound: room mics
Looks amazing! Hope the upgrade doesn't make the room to dry?
When you have more cymbals Nice work broooooo
You should put your logo as a neon sign on your back wall. Would look really dope.
