    One of the best go kart builds I have seen on KZread. He not only built the motor from scratch, he built the frame too. Made it ALL look good and ran. Nice!

    Steering pivots are to far from the wheels and has no Akerman angle wont steer for shit hence we didn't see him turn it and those bearings holding that pinon gear wont last 5 mins with a side load so mad props on the engine the gokart not so much

    Really nice build you have there. You are very talented. You should be aware that welding or using a cutting torch on galvanized steel produces toxic gasses. It's not a good material for fabricating. Stay healthy my friend.

    Это двигатель не развил и половины своего потенциала на этом го карте. Для этого надо, хотя бы, мощное сцепление и коробка передач. А так вообще молодец 👍

    I build racing karts ... awesome job for just winging it!! ... but do not use set screws on steering shaft arm, or on clutch drive adapter.... they will SLIP ... weld, Pin or cut keyways to be safe.

    The centrifugal clutch is not designed to transmit the amount of torque produced by the engine. It will fail rapidly. The build itself is very creative though!

    Always enjoy your videos, but be careful when welding galvanized metals (frame here).....it gives off a poisonous gas that can make you very sick.

    Kind of surprised he stick welded all of this. Last minute switch to ring and pinion gear makes me wonder how the initial test went. Awesome job.

    Nice work, I wish I had access to the tools you have when I was young. I see one potential problem with the set screws on the steering shaft, one of those should go through the shaft, at least part way in case they work loose, you will still have steering control 😉

    I was thinking the same thing, not safe at speed, but put a nut and bolt the whole way through, no issue. grub screws are only good enough to fix a bearing to a shaft.

    Freaking badass! Amazing skills man I'm telling you to be able to create a radial engine like that that's wild! I think you should try to build a bigger one with like 6 cylinders haha! You need to make something that has a transmission so you can get some real speed going. Can't wait to see what you do next!

    That kart is absolutely badass. I would love to spend an afternoon blasting around on that thing! It would be fun to see how far it would travel with a couple attached fuel tanks. Maybe make a multi-part video where you drive it across the country or something. 😀 🏎️💨💨💨💨💨💨

    Welding galvanized pipe causes hazardous fumes. Very harmful. I hope you wore a proper filter mask good Sir! Excellent build!

    Just an FYI for future reference: You should use a grinder to remove the zinc coating on the frame tubes before welding. The fumes are very poisonous. Very cool build!

    Not that it really matters for a go cart, I'm sure he's making plenty of power.... but those fans use way more power than is necessary to cool the engine. Then again, I didn't see any 12v charging to run cooling fans or an oil cooler or something. it definitely saves on weight and has a simplicity advantage. Does need a shroud.

    nice work with motor and the cart. but the drive chain to the rear axel is an issue, eather make the force apply to one wheel or use a differencal. handling doing turning can only happen by forcing slip of one wheel, making it hard to turn.or eating the rubber.

    i made a go cart with a single one of those 125cc engines, kept the 4 speed transmission though, that thing actually went about 45 mph, it was so much fun!

    The galvanized seam welded pipes make me nervous given the probable G loading on this cart. DOM much stronger and safer.

    I think he could make a nice v4 that he could put in a motorcycle using motorcycle parts like 125cc x4 like a 500cc v4 that would sick to have on a motorcycle and he could use it as a nice highway stable motorcycle to commute to work he works really hard fabricating these engines I bet he can do it he’s a smart man and a master fabricator 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

    Nice🙂aber hat der Bastler schon mal etwas von Unterlegscheiben oder Federringen gehört oder steht er drauf,wenn ständig Teile abvibrieren?Mal ganz davon abgesehen,wie schön ne Schraube ohne Unterlegscheibe den frischen Lack aufreißt und abpellt und nach kurzer Zeit es dann rostet um die Schrauben drumherum....

    You have 1 carb for 3 intakes, and this is why performance is poor and you have sound from only 1 cylinder and not the cool 3 cylinder sound, air is restricted. I don't have access to the tools or the parts that you have, but I'm planning to make something similar and have it sound like something that can wake up the dead, but you still did very good👍

    I guess it doesn't steer very well ? Check the the steering lever angles... if you extend the angles backwards, they should always cross on the rear axis.

    pretty darn cool...probably only thing which will eventually cause u issues is the rear drive...running those open and dry will im betting cause problems...but like i said cool project!!

    By having your spindles so long on your steering when you hit bumps you’ll fight the steering wheel due to leverage
