We don’t know the owners situation maybe they lost their job maybe the rescued it and then hit hard times. BUT they took it somewhere they new could help. People be kind

The person who dropped the kitten off is not cruel, they asked for help when they knew they couldn’t afford it at least they asked!. Some people wouldn’t do that!. I’m glad the vet was able to save this sweet kitten 🙏🏾❤️

Maybe they found the kitten in the streets? I once found a seagull that had a broken wing and since I was in a foreign country as an exchange student with not much pocket money, I carried it to the next tree and got them water and food. Then I started asking people if they knew a nearby vet, and thankfully a woman took it with her to the vet.

The owner didn’t throw it away! The person wanted help for the kitten, but vet care is extremely expensive, and the person said they didn’t have the money. That person should be thanked for doing the best they could to get that furbaby help! Thanks to the vet and crew, too. ❤❤

YOU assume some loving but poor chap "found" that poor kitten. I assume that a lot of evil things are done for clicks, especially when the poor victim can't complain nor sue! I ground my assumption on the obvious fact that this poor cat must have had some "misfortune" before: part of its tail is missing. Now unleash the shitstorm-hounds once more!

You can’t just write hateful notes to that owner just because of that condition, because viruses happen usually and you can’t know what happens to yourself or your pets. It shouldn’t be them to blame for that “virus”. Just imagine if that cat never got that virus then this video wouldn’t be uploaded or you wouldn’t have said anything right? The owner was desperate for help and tried to treat that cat but she/he didn’t have any money, now how would you feel if that was you? Your pet having a virus sending it directly to a vet that you didn’t know was a KZreadr and they uploaded it and just right at that time some people are writing some hateful notes or blaming you for that condition and getting your pet to be taken/given away because that vet didn’t know you and your information, tell me your thoughts about it. Exactly "throwed it away" was the wrong choice of words. If the threw the cat away it would be dead in a ditch somewhere and nobody would found it. They helped them the best way they could. Unfortunately we live in a world where a cat left with a note will more than likely get help from vets then the owner being their and pleading for the cat to be helped with no money.

My cat was exactly like this when I found him, put him into my pocket, and brought him home! It's been 14 years...We are still together, he's a happy, healthy, old gentleman ❤

My boss from when I was part-timing at a vet always saved strays when he could. I heard that his wife and other upper management often scolded him for wasting clinic supplies on a non-income bringing animal and taking up space in the ward. He means well, and I could tell he truly loves the animals. Even if he owns the clinic, there's a limit to how many he could safe, but he never turned a blind eye to an animal in need despite the nagging and profit loss. I admire him immensely for that

I think that really shows his love of animals, and I’d hope any vet would be that kind and not just doing it for profit only. I’m sure if the community knew of his good deeds, people would donate to cover the supplies.

Awesome (: a childhood friend of mine's neighbor was a vet. There were cats all over both properties that she saved. I remember her saying something similar, only so many she could save. There was lots of land for them to roam on and garages/barns.

@@DJB10T1C Don’t hate them too much. Although I don’t like the way they say it, I could see where they were coming from. They are hired to keep the business afloat and they need money for expansion like bringing in more medicines, updating the clinic systems, etc. A business cannot expand if all the profits are used up by the boss for charity. If the business couldn’t expand, there will be even less animals they can save due to lack of space, lack of equipment, and lack of workers. It’s all very complicated because the world is essentially making it so that they need to sacrifice some to save others and it’s hard to escape the way it is😓 My boss made do with what he had because he really couldn’t turn a blind eye to suffering but he couldn’t actively sought out strays either. He does give huge discounts for other people who rescues animals, though. That’s acceptable for the management.

Most of the time when a person uses that term it’s a communist who, covertly or overly, wants to forcibly take something from someone else at the barrel of a gun. I feel for the kitten’s human too. Veterinary treatment can get really expensive. I saved money just for emergencies but it turned out it can only cover half of my cat’s treatment. I’ve been fortunate i was able to borrow money. I hope the kitten’s human is able to see that their kitten is doing well. May God bless the vet that saved the little kitten.

The way the kitten barely struggled at all even if it hurted him, shows he was so close to passing away.. 😢

I found a 10 day old kitten with infected eyes who had been abandoned by his mother. I was at work, so my boss came and took it to a vet who does rescues like this. The kitten made a full recovery and was adopted ❤

Thank you for saving this sick fur baby. You are doing this without greed, without thinking of money first and that really is touching. You do what your kind heart tells you to do. You are truly a veterinarian who truly loves animal. You use your profession to bring him back to life. You are an angel sent by God to do God's work. I understand for the owner who at least seeks help from you. The vet in North America is really expensive. I lost one kitten from Feline Herpes because I didn't have money to bring him to the vet. And it hurts me until this day. Thank you again for being a superior human and using your knowledge to help those in needs.

They arent helping the cat you need to understand the fact that they leaved the kitten outside with a random note on it and then they came back the cat was laying and waiting for them to come back they seemed tired , they were just cleaning the cat randomly checking temperature and than put them inside some half bottle thing and they were just adding randomly blood to the cat just making the cat's status bad , you might also see how the cat is excited to come to them bc they are his owner . you can see that the cat is confused and excited . They were randomly washing the cat for unknown reason.

@@DaveSide The "half bottle thing" was likely to provide additional oxygen to the cat. They were not "adding randomly blood to the cat just making the cat's status bad". The IV was probably a saline solution (note that the contents were clear rather than red) which is something medical professionals also use on human beings to treat severe dehydration.

Thank you for saving this little furball 🥰 a lot of people seem to jump to the conclusion that the owners just abandoned the kitten when it got sick, but there's also the possibility that someone found a sick kitten on the street and couldn't afford to have them treated. It's happened to me before, and thankfully my vet has a fund for such cases, which allowed them to treat the cat at no cost for me and find a good home for it.

yes and some ppl have cats they found and it all they can do to keep it fed and the something horrible happens and they can't treat it. :( it's sad and they feel horrible but at least they gave it a chance by surrendering it to try and help it. :(

I was thinking the same when he said the owner abandoned it. You don't know if they found a stray and can't afford to treat it so left it there hoping they will treat it even without the hope of pay. I would imagine with the fact it was just that dehydrated it most likely was. That kitten if it had a owner that was just going to abandon it when it was sick wouldn't have been left at a clinic. They would have seen it as pointless and a lost cause and left it just anywhere.

Honestly I respect the owner for dropping off the poor thing. Rather than discarding it, but I also feel bad. I can only imagine how hard it was to leave the Lil furball there... Hopefully it reunites with its owner someday or gets a forever home! Hats off to you for saving its life ❤️

Definitely. It sounds bad, but so many people throw even perfectly healthy kittens in the trash, they dont see them as living things. At the very least this person cared, they couldnt do anything for it, and so they did what they could

I'm glad this kitten got a friend to snuggle with at the end. He seemed so sad and lonely before the black cat came along. It's always better when a kitten has a friend to lean on. They can help each other get through their ordeals.

I watched this with tears running down my face. This kitten looks like my childhood kitten who couldn't be saved.. I am so thankful for this person, who stepped in and helped. God bless the people who really do their best to be good people.

I live in a third world country, I saw my beloved kitten die and suffer before me for 3 hours straight. He was smart, chatty and very playful. One day and out of nowhere, his breathing became heavy, he started meowing loudly and losing his vision gradually; he was holding into my finger; he didn't want to let it go, as he was so afraid of dying and was in so much pain. I wish there was a vet nearby to save him. I would have given up all my money to see that sweet, innocent little kitty grow up into an adult cat, I really enjoyed his company, his playfulness, his voice and his innocent soul, but unfortunately that was impossible since vets don't work where I live in the evening. watching him suffer for hours continuously knowing that he would eventually die without me being able to do a single thing was really painful, a harsh reality that left a deep scare in my psyche. I couldn't save my kitten that day, but seeing you save a kitten's soul and body feels wholesome. Thank you ❤

Idk where you live we have a 24 hour vet emergency clinic somewhat far away. I wish all vets were 24 hours or on call. Death doesn't wait for the morning. Sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry you had to go through that. I just lost my smart, sweet kitty boy last week from what sounds like the same symptoms. I drove him to an emergency vet 1.5 hours away at 3 am. They said it was congestive heart failure and there was nothing that could be done at that point to help him, he would just suffer and continuing struggling to breathe. Maybe that’s what happened to your cat too? If so there’s really nothing even the vet could have done. 😞 It’s so sad to lose our beloved animals.

Having a pet actually need a huge responsibility. If you dislike responsibility its better never keep one. Pet are also living being not a toy. They are not a trend. Please treat them like a family. I hope people understand this much. It break my heart watching pet abandoned once they found their pet sick or simply tired with them.

I totally agree with you 💯 i adopted a baby kitten 2 years ago my husband is very sick on dialysis i am not working also my cat got sick last year but i borrowed more right away and took him to the vet in 2 days i spent a thousand dollars bit nothing was more important than him at the time thank god ❤️ if your heart and love is not into it please don't become a pet owner

Actually the saying is if you're not ready to have a pet and you can't take care of it then you're not ready for children because children are a far bigger responsibility than pets are. As for this kitten the person didn't toss it away they left it in front of a vet clinic right? That would mean that they cared enough about this kitten to give it up unfortunately there's a stigma going around against people who have to give up a pet due to circumstances. I do not pass judgment on people who have to do that cause you never know exactly what hardships they are going through. And the person could've found this kitten not have the money to pay for treatment and dropped it off in front of the clinic. Back when I worked at a vet clinic we use to get kittens drooped off in front of our clinic. The doc would always say "They had no ill intentions because if they did they would've thrown the poor thing in a dumpster instead of dropping it in front of our clinic." One particular pup ge ended up adopting and he became a mascot. People loved him.

Are you crazy? Literally everyone would just show up on the day whether they have the money or not. That doesn't help anyone the only thing that would happen is overworked vet staff would be even more stressed out the clinic would take a huge financial loss and people would still miss out. That wouldn't fix anything.
