You should start including some of your diet and what you eat, to be honest, I think that is where you are struggling. Your body and mind is getting used to the gym and you can easily maintain that now, it's time to shift into that diet. A few months of pain for a lifetime...

@@hamedhosseini4938Yeah, he has been stuck in the 190's after gaining some back since the 160's/170's. However, he was at 188kg+ in week 74 and 192.5 in week 73 so he's back on track

He IS heading back into the right direction at least. I have noticed that Uce very rarely shows anything he eats as far as diet goes. Maybe he just doesn't know exactly what, how, or when to eat? He did start out with doing the OMAD in the beginning, then along the way somehow, it appears he got away from that. Or maybe he's just a bit embarrassed to show the world what he eats. He already admitted that he needs a nutritionist or someone who can steer him where he needs to be. But hey, that help don't come cheap, so Idk. 🤷🏾♀️ Hopefully, Uce will figure it out eventually.
