Shorts still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame- ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

My shorts only get picked up after 24 hours(if at all) I have a lot of content that i want to share, but I dont wont to floor the algorythm. Any tips?

On any new channel, I would follow the same strategy just because you want to make sure that KZread has done a little bit of work to understand what audience suits your content so you can maximize your reach on your first few shorts. Once you have posted 10+ times I wouldn't worry about spacing out your short uploads. Although, I still wouldn't post more than 2 in one day...

@@jack_craig But why would anyone post ever day if a channel was doing great for couple of first days having some of the shorts being pushed more than once into the algorithm, and then all of a sudden, new uploaded shorts start getting 0 views or very little like 10 - 20 after 8 to 10 days? I noticed that my shorts started getting 0 views if one of the shorts is being pushed into the algorithm at the moment of the upload. And that happened to me twice. That's so dumb if you have to wait for a day or who knows maybe couple of days in order to upload a short that won't get 0 views. Looks like YT short algorithm is a little baby and can handle only one short at a time. I am now stuck at 98 subs for days just because of that. Could have reached over hundred in about a week. I didn't want to "delete videos forever" and then re-upload because I heard it's very bad for a channel. If you do that, YT start not recommending all of your videos. I heard it is better to private videos, but I am afraid the same thing can happen.

Bro what font did you use for your Mr Beast video on Precise? Like how did you get that text where it shows word by word rather than like full sentences if you get me? like the easier to follow captions rather than big sentences

My videos are really well edited and fun to watch with engaging music and edits but only the first one got pushed at 2.4k and stopped right after in 1 day, then posted 3 more over one week and its one week since i last uploaded and all of them are stuck at 3-7 views, i checked everything and the problem is not on my side. Thoughts?

Does uploading at a particular time matter? I’ve never been sure sometimes it’s varies for my different channels

Those are not really important. The most challenge thing is about to come to your channel like everyone else. That would be a sudden drop in views.

@@GoopyAsh I have a good news for you. The content is the king. Suck at editing is not a big problem. People watch your video primarily because of your content. I used to spend 4 hours to edit a single video with emojis and sound effects but that kind of videos didn't bring more views compared to those having interesting content. Editing videos is just to show KZread that you have done something to the original content.

I must disagree with you, since I've already been twice rejected from YT monetization for reused content, even though I edit all of my videos. 🙁 But for me it's actually around 4 hours a video. This can happen only with repurposed content, not with original...

Are you uploading your shorts at the active time to your viewers? I would recomend to post at 9am, 3pm or 8pm (I do 3pm) And with that I've successfully gotten 10k+ views on my first short on 5 channels. Otherwise, you may have a very "competetive" niche.

Hey, So with shorts, I do not buy a license or anything like that. With music, you can use ANY song in your short as KZread shorts, and you can monetize it...... copyright rules are much different to shorts; they are much more lenient to be able to compete with platforms like TikTok.

All of mine get views after the 6th hour (always exactly after 6 hours) and after that 1 hour pump they go dead lol
