Explanation for the 4 on the TV where the manager died: In Japanese culture, the word for 4 sounds very similar to their word for death so it is viewed as cursed. Hope this helps ^^

4 in japanese and chinese 四 (shi) have same pronunciation as 死 (shi) = death. 4 can also pronounce as yon in japanese. but in horror game, 4 is pronounce as shi which mean death.
