I honestly feel like it's one of the fermented ingredients, like I can't use lactobacillus ferment anything but I can use saccharomyces ferment filtrate. And this toner has way too many fermented ingredients and it can unbalance the natural skin micro biome. So it can be one of the fermented stuff I feel. But thank you always for your honest reviews ✨

I wanted to ask about using snail mucin essence. I recently bought it and was wondering if I can skip the moisturizer. Whenever I apply the essence and the Simple Vitamin C moisturizer together, I experience redness and itchiness. However, when I use them separately, they work fine. So, can I skip the moisturizer? Also, I have a request. Could you please upload a video recommending a good body lotion and a hair care routine? I would really appreciate it. 😢❤

I’m so sorry for missing out your comment 😭😭 please don’t be sad ❤️❤️ The snail mucin essence mostly works as humectant and since it does not have occlusive, it won’t be able to prevent water loss from skin so moisturiser will be helpful there. But if your skin doing fine with just this essence then you can stick to it 🙋🏻‍♀️ just keep in check that your skin does not get dehydrated. I will definitely start giving more body and hair care reco from next month 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️❤️

Hey! Can you make a video on the difference between expiry date and the date on the small trash can that is present on some products (for eg 6M or 12M with a trash icon) And how strictly do we need to adhere to it?

The 6M/12M marks signify how long the product will remain good after opening. I generally use the product even after that mark if I don't notice any change in texture,smell or consistency, but never after the expiry date.

Hi Samapti, I’m so glad you uploaded this video after some time of trying it because the same thing happened with me. I used their No. 3 serum and initially I was obsessed with how it made my skin so smooth and plump. However, after finishing half the bottle, it started giving me texture and even used to tingle after application :(
