Yes - been natural since 2000 before all these different products on the market to choose from. Back then all I usedwas rinse out conditioners for wash and gos or the glycerin based gels left over from the “Jerry curl” days combined with a protein based gel. My hair always turned out the way yours did when using the glycerin based gel as first layer and protein gel as a styler or second layer. Looks great on you.

Curl activator products are great for hair people always think you if it’s a curl activator for curly perm that the products have chemicals in it. None of the products apart from the actual perm cream have any chemicals that will texturise the hair. But I love these products

KNOW THYSELF I agree. We don’t have to see the whole process but a few clips of actually working the product into her hair would’ve been great.

I've been doing this for years now. I use the old school clear S Curl gel. That one is much harder to find though. I use it along with the Eco styling gel. My hair stays moisturized for an entire week...not wet but moisturized. There is a little greasyness the first day or so but when it dries, that goes away. I started drying with a cool dryer to speed up that process. I used to just allow my hair to air dry. Love this method. It has also allowed my hair to grow and it helps in winter months when my hair is more dry than usual.

Updated: the s- curl and eco crystal, yessss. Was the best wash n go, was the best ever for me! I have 4cs and course bra strap length kinkys. I tried world of curls gel activator with crystal eco gel and it never really fully dried. It was not sticky, but you know something is on your hair. I like how moisturizing my hair left for the week, but I just pulled it in a ponytail to keep the activator from touching my face and neck. I'm down south it's hot. My ponytail is juicy and moist. Not the look I wanted this go round. Thanks for sharing the s- curl activator it was a game changer for my hair. Thanks again. My hubby loved it!!!! He liked to see me wear my hair out and down. He keep saying sweet things about my hair all week....bye twist.🤗

I use long aid curl activator (extra dry) and Ecco style gel together it is my favorite I’ve used it for about 2 years. Very moisturizing!

I really like the s curl activator gel it defines my curls gives me moisture and hold I give it two thumbs up it's also affordable leaves hair touchable to

The S curl (with the shrinkage) looked gorgeous on you. Your hair had great volume that framed your face. Idk about the "wet look" one. Wasn't as flattering...

Thanks for the view I saw it a few days ago and like it. So i try it you were right it left my hair sticky like curl activator does. I didn't like by it self so I use the wetline with it. I got the moisturized and curly but still sticky. I probably will wash it out and try it with the echo styling gel. Thanks

@@mrsoldschoolqueen8932 I did not see any flaking, my hands were sticky, but I think the reason why their hair wasn't sticky was that I was applying onto really wet hair with some hair oil that I purchased from Melanin.

Im regrowing my hair again for the new decade lol your gorgeous and your hair is flawless 🙏❤

16/02/2020 ** I watched this video a couple if days ago. I went out yesterday and grabbed these 2 products. I can't wait to style my dry @$$ looking hair into a wet looking, curls popping wash n go like yours. P.s love your hair before you added the gel but love your hair also the next day after the gel. @@lynng4700 hiya . I tried the gel and it did make my hair look wet for a few days . The problem was that my hair didn't like the ingredients in the gel and actually the glycerin in the activator in the end . I had to stop using it .
