Statistically size white is a bit smaller than size black. But individual differences cause a lot of variation.

I would say that the “banana” one looks more like the actual fruit, not its peel.

U can get 7 polishes for $91 on holo taco, but it is worth it, the polishes are thick, normally only need one coat and are brilliant quality

@@becca8237 Yes, or they wouldn't have purchased it. The problem may be the speed of movement for shaking. It may be a matter of using the least energy possible so the person had enough energy to finish. It could be that they have other tools foe painting their nails like a prop to put their arm at a better angle and maybe the bottle holders so they don't need to make that extra motion. Everybody has different abilities and a lot od items may help one person but not another. E.g., I need an electronic wine opener but still can lift the wine glass to my lips.

The “bananas for you” polish is really just the color of the inside of bananas

The inside of a banana is definitely more yellow toned, while this polish is more of a cream/extremely pale brown.

I think the shaker would be for someone like me! I am quadriplegic from a neurological disorder and I do my own nails, but shaking the polish is something I can’t do myself. I have my husband or kids do it for me.

You should do a nail polish purge of all the ones that are too old, sticky and gloopy you know

That’s what you should be doing anyway :) shaking creates bubbles and if you don’t want to wait 30-60 minutes to use it (for the bubbles to pop) you’re better off rolling it 👌

Just a thought: someone with chronic pain in their hand/wrist/arm might find the polish shaker useful!

Re: the nail polish shaker: I have a condition that causes muscle weakness, and I find that shaking nail polishes fatigues my arm muscles very quickly, to the point where I can't do it properly. I'm thinking that could be a potential market for that item.

Try rolling the polish bottle between your hands. It's not as strenuous and some nail techs say it actually mixes the polish better. 💖 I have a bunch of nerve and muscle damage in by shoulder neck and back and shaking also kills my chronic pain areas. 💖💖

I used to be a caregiver, and one patient in particular, who was disabled, loved doing her nails. She could paint them herself but she would get winded when she had to shake the bottles, so she’d ask me to do it for her during our appointments. I can see how the product that shakes polish for you could be very helpful for someone with a phisical condition limiting them to do things like that without using a lot of their energy up. Just thought I’d throw it out there 🤷‍♀️👏

Most products that seem to be marketed towards lazy or time-saving people are actually made for disabled people (like how snuggies are made for wheelchair-users and things that shake are generally made for people with low coordination or muscle control)

As someone who worked at a local beauty supply store for five years, you don’t want to know how many bottles of nail polish I’ve had to shake by hand

It’s 2:30am I’m 14 depressed and suicidal I have insomnia and somehow they only thin that’s bringing me happiness is a simplynailogical binge ... wow

I remember watching a video where a women tried out a lot of those one purpose cooking tools and she said a lot of them are pointless or like why would you spend money on that but someone pointed out in the comments that for people who have disabilities they are very helpful. As a nail tech who’s actually strained a muscle in my arm from shaking gel polishes during a bulk swatching session, I would gladly pay for somebody to shake the bottles for me 😄

After it said 10 minutes later, I got an add for an actual vacuum.

Cristine, the nail polish shaker might be useful for a disabled person who doesn't have the mobility or the strength to shake their nailpolish! Yes, it might not be for an average consumer, but pls don't forget that disabled ppl exist!

I’m assuming the ‘bananas for you’ polish wasn’t meant to look like the yellow banana peel but rather the white banana fruit (?), banana flesh (?)

Was looking for this, glad I'm not the only one thinking why is she wasting her money like this😖 really hope she returns most of these (and other things she ended up disliking that she ordered off Amazon and made videos of).

in my experience with Amazon, you not only have to read the top and bottom rated reviews, you have to look at when most of them were written, it can show if a product had a bad batch and have improved over time, or if a company has gone to shit.

Notice how the first product sais ‘SiZE: wHiTe’.

The nail dust collector is to be used under the desk, that's why theres an insert to put inside your desk so when you are filing your clients nails it just sucks up the dust from underneath while you file. It seems that you would have to cut a hole in your desk which is dumb...lol.

I always thought that Zyler was a disaffected (potentially nihilistic) Québécois. This can read as introversion to many.

For the Sally Hansen by "no repeats" I'm sure they meant no repeats of the exact same shade, not only one green, one pink, one red etc

I'm not a big nail polish consumer... never had a manicure. But I am thoroughly impressed with your videos and business. Massive respect and admiration for your hustle!

Stop calling me out I have a 13 year old polish my mother used at a wedding and it’s the crustiest thing ever and I still have the audacity to look at her videos and say “yeah wow that isn’t proper nail polish”

The bottle shaker could be great for people with EDS or other disabilities. A lot of the time if things are being sold that make abled people think "what's the point?" It's frequently not for you. It's for people with disabilities. I love your content Cristine, just wanted to explain that this might be the reason that product was made. ^^

I bought one because it's easier on my wrists and if I have to add thinner too I'd be shaking until forever. Also, for able bodied people: the shaker doesn't cause bubbles in your polish whereas normal shaking does.

Very true! My wrists are terrible, and doing things like shaking nail polish bottles can dislocate my wrists, which is never fun, especially when you drop the bottle and it breaks.
