The deep water one reminded me of a nightmare I had a long time ago. I was floating on water, and a huge hand just grabs me and pulls me underneath.

Now I will be honest some of these, in the moment would probably freak me out, but I don’t necessarily have a fear of them, HOWEVER when it comes to trypophobia I don’t even have to see it for my heart to start racing because I’m terrified. I just can’t- too many holes together just no. The main ones that get me are the ones on a leg or hand or foot but the other ones don’t really get me that much however when Lauren said that the holes/bubbles in the can were weird now I agreed bc it was unsettling for me too 😭😭😭😭

I think one I know I definitely do have is Scopophobia. I hate feeling like I'm being watched. It's why I hate the idea of showing a new coworker how to do our job cause I hate being watched while I work. Phobia by definition means ‘Irrational fear’. A phobia of spiders means you freak out seeing any spiders or even pictures of spiders that you must escape the vicinity by a significant amount. A rational fear of spiders is avoiding any unknown or known dangerous spider types and either leaving the area or finding alternative means, calmly, to remove the spider.

I also have a fear of holes but specifically on skin as well as tears on the wrist or back of the knee. I also have the fear of space. Trypophobia is not only the fear of holes, but mainly the fear of irregular patterns.

Watching these kind of videos is my favorite thing ever. I love watching animated videos of phobias, and each section in this video was just amazing. None of it really made me uncomfortable or scared either, it's just so much fun.

I definitely have thalassophobia, videos/images of specifically being first person under deep water give me this like visceral feeling where it's harder to breath than normal. Another one I definitely have but that wasn't mentioned here is emetophobia, fear of vomiting. Whenever I hear my cats make that gagging noise I immediately cover my ears and run the other direction. My entire brain shuts off and goes into fight or flight.

Never once gotten a spider nor animal in the toilet, consider myself a lucky aussie

The fact I have scopophobia, am watching this at 4:30 in the morning, and still decided to watch that video was definitely one of my more stupid ideas

I would always think there would be a snake and one time i opened the lid and there was a TAIL (I live in England so no idea why) and it MOVED and I screamed really loud and called my mum mad she flushed it but OH MY GOSH it was HORRIBLE!!!! So basically there was a massive lizard in my toilet. Good times.

Just the tittle of the smiling faces one gave me the chills and m by a window and its pitch black out. I also have it fear of whats in the dark not the dark but whats in it and being watched and hearing voices.

I was reacting the exact same way as Lauren with the fear of holes. I’ve also had a fear of deep waters because when your down there you hear things and I don’t like that, mainly because when I was really young I went to a boat museum of a boat that crashed, and they played music and I HATED it

I’m honestly so glad that there weren’t the fear of big waves / tsunamis - they scare me much .

The eyeball one just makes me feel sad for the lady that has those eyes because they look so red and they’re touching dry grass. Someone needs to get this girl some eye drops!

im actually glad that she didn't cover claustrophobia cuz im not sure if i could handle that my english teacher had this picture of a person standing inside a partially opened book on her bulletin board and it always makes me uncomfortable

I looked at the shark one and just said "huh" just unfazed. That's life as a SYCHOPATH FOR YA👏

I have thaslassophobia and megaphobia or whatever and watching that one clip makes my skin crawl so bad

5:48, “galeophobia fear of gale’s”.. my mind immediately went to that one life of luxury episode 😭✨
