Main to ye workout 6 months se follow kar rhi hun our mujhe Result bhi mila hai mera wt 8 kg kam ho gaya hai ,,halaki main beginner nhi , already 6 mahine se kar rhi thi fir unki video dekhi our follow ki ,,,mujhe 1 sal 2 months ho chuke approx apni life me - Gym Join kare MY REVIEW IS - THAT IS BEST EXERCISES FOR ACHIEVING THAT SHAPE.
