i’ve read and watched poor things as well and truly don’t understand how people can view either as misogynistic when the entire idea of the story is bella’s discovery of how women are treated in the world and taken advantage of

See I definitely preferred Poor Things as a book. Purely from a setting perspective so bitter that they've changed it to London, it's such a disappointment. Glaswegian though - so a bit biased 😂
