Maybe the landgraabs are growing their property empire and have bought this house from a pet lover to renovate it into a rental property? You could do a video modernising the house like they would!

I think my favorite aspect of this and many build challenges is seeing all the self-imposed strife people cause themselves based on how they interpret the rules, lol

I love how you interpreted "brown themed" and "feature my first pet stuff" as ONLY using brown and my first pet stuff 😂. The outside area is nice but the bedrooms are the worst part, they are horrendous I must admit.

I was wondering if she was going to use one of the caged pets as an option to help fulfil the MFPS requirement but she danced around it quite nicely.

This house really screams 70s American Tudor Revival, especially with the overdose of brown all around the interior and the Tudor frames with the medium-pitched roof outside

Honestly, I like the brown and beige aesthetic. When hubby and I built about 6 years ago, we chose browns and beiges. Everything looks good with it. Pops of colour stand out. But most importantly, it's cosy and easy on the eyes. It's also timeless. The black, white, and grey aesthetic is too cold for me, and I think it'll age as poorly as checkerboard kitchen tiles or tiled bench tops.

Plumbella really chose chaos with this challenge

The outside is really nice. I don’t think it turned out that bad. Maybe instead of a corner couch, the other couch would have been better. But the main living space is genuine really decent!

I love how you're not feeling the interior design of the build at all, yet you're trying to convince yourself as you place items hahahah You should do another build video where you renovate this house for the Landgrabs as if they actually bought it to renovate it

I feel like the backstory to this house is Malcom won a sweepstakes from nickelodeon for a interior renovation and Nancy tried her hardest to not make it garish 😂

I love how I LITERALLY only paid for MFPS so that I could use that one aquarium looking coffee table that you put in one of your Barbie dream houses 😂, the couches occasionally and those blinds/curtains you always use. Other than that, the pack is so useless to me lmao

You did Tudor style in the Hampton falls for crystals house and did an amazing job so I’m sure you’re gonna kill this challenge!

I tried this challenge using Sims 3. I rolled Art Deco, grey color scheme, 2 floors, 3 rooms, 86539 budget, for 2 sims. The handicap was building everything in bird's eye view. There was no way I could create an Art Deco with a bird's eye view, so I cheated 😏

Yess every sims KZreadr needs to do this!

Can't use the Move Objects cheat wouldn't even be a challenge for me. I almost never do anyway. I've gotten too many builds from the Gallery where people have used it to excess, putting aesthetics before utility and making navigation within the build nigh impossible. One time I got what was supposed to be a recreation of the Burrow (the Weasley house from Harry potter) and my Sims couldn't even go to any upper floor because Move Objects caused the stairwells to be blocked. I put utility first. The only time in recent memory I've used it was to put a night stand with clutter under a bunk bed in the unused space left by putting the lower bed at a 90deg angle.

Honestly I don’t think this looks bad at all. And I also do not think MFP stuff ruined anything other than the actual sim’s family style. Would have been great for a different sim family. Brown isn’t bad either, very coffee and chocolate themed.

I like watching a Deli ad before a Deli video. This is nice. haha :D

I actually like this! I mean, it's a bit small, and I hate the old tiny CRT TV 🤢, but I actually like the color scheme. I'm not sure what the issue is, lol 😅...

I will have to try this one! I tried James' challenge yesterday.. I had to make a 4 story building but the owners hate stairs so I used platforms and ladders 😅

I feel like this is the house the landgrabs got moved to by witness protection.

It would looked good if you themed it. For example that everything is chocolate you mentioned, you could’ve made Hansen and gretel’s house, I think the Tudor style could have slipped in there easily.

This is James’ nightmare. Forget 30 future cubes 😂

I like the style, I would pick this up and reno it :D

im also a big fan of clean lines n modern styles of building, but light tudor exteriors have a hold on me hahaha

I've seen this house, this is the house my high school friends buy that is so cute and gorgeous from outside and then you step inside and it's pure Target decor and beige hand me downs from grandma and you are internally screaming that these people bought such a cute house and did THAT with it while you are still renting but at least have taste.
