I have been using the menstrual cup since 3 months. I'm NEVER going back to using pads. You have to understand if your cervix is low or high by inserting your index finger. According to the height of cervix buy your menstrual cup. Like Nidhi di said you have to be relaxed while inserting the cup. Then again insert your finger around the cup to check if it opened up or not. Rotate if it doesn't open. Once you get used to it, it's not a hassle. You can insert, clean and remove in 5 mins. Trust yourself and give it a try.

Hi Nidhi. My experience was also not great but after few months aabhi I am super duper comfortable... My trick is that first I insert it and then I try to rotate it so that it will open properly. U also try this mathared may be helpful for u

Once you get used to it you won't feel like coming back to pads. It took me 3 cycles i.e. 3 months (3 times trial) to get comfortable with it. But now, I am so comfortable with the cup that I don't have to worry about pads rashes. You just need to understand the size of cup that will fit to to your body then. Ofcourse, the quality of cup also matters in its opening up inside you.

@@saminafazal4458 Ruby cup. You can try other brands depending on your age, marital status, physical activity, level of cervix, etc. Each woman body structure is different from the other.

Di main Ye Khada Hai pr ese use karne ka Himmat nahi ho raha hai but main Jarur use karungi if women's or girls ke liye bahut achha hai

When i saw superwowstyle's prachi di video, i thought i will definitely use that....after watching ur video now i m a lil bit nervous... But still i'll try nd will share my experience with u.... I m 20 years old...nd i know it'll way difficult for me

Ye bilkul bhi muskil nhi hai and agar vo open nhi ho raha hai to aap niche se pinch karoge to vo open ho jayega main bhi bigner he hu aur mujhe bhi 2 din problm hui thi but ab main comfortable hu so isme darne ki baat bilkul nhi hai and nidhi di apne small use kiya hai apko large try karna chahiye bcs jo shadi shuda hai unke liye large better hai and jinki shadi nhi hui hai vo small use kr sakte hai

I don't think that mensturational cup will work for me. I have a bad period schedule of 8-9 days with heavy pain and super heavy flow.. I have watched so many videos but still not got that much encourage to buy or use it .. .. But yah just love your true confession as these all thoughts were questioning me .. thanks for the review😍

If you have heavy flow you need to change it every 3 to 4 hrs. I do so. But at night i use pad..bcoz it strts leaking...

This cup is not at all harmful...my friend gynecologist is also using it over years now and so do I. Ofcourse, market sanitary pads are more harmful than these eco friendly cups( quality choice is ours).
