I've heard over the years from several different friends the fried chicken scene in South Korea is fierce and highly competitive. Definitely bookmarking BHC Chicken for a future visit. With that said, Ktown has no shortage of excellent Korean Fried Chicken, including my personal favorites like Papa's Chicken, Chimmelier, and Town Hof and Thanks Chicken. Orange County is no slouch either with several excellent choices, such as CM Chicken (my current favorite), Cafe Gunul, and I Got My Sound Chicken.

When you order the "FRIED" chicken from these korean places; it must be fried WITHOUT being seasoned or salted. The flavored chickens; ofcourse it is orderes flavored so it will be seasoned and sauced up. But the when you order "FRIED" unseasoned is key. And you gotta dabb it in salt your self. Da best

Don’t waste your time here. Unfortunately like every other foreign restaurant that try’s to come and open a location in the states the taste and quality goes out the window. The location in Korea was ok. But this one here all the flavor and spicy flavors have been dumb down to accommodate a certain demographic. And it’s not us people that like flavors seasoning.
