Thats my favorite part of her videos is seeing how different tools can be used in different ways by people with different experiences. It shows there truly is no one way to use them . I also love that most of the woman give a background on what benefits each stone and each tool has..

I watch these before going to sleep because it helps me relax cuz I feel like it's me getting massaged as I watch but then I fall asleep and I don't feel/see the massage and I wake up because of it and it's a vicious cycle.
