Here’s the thing, I didn’t want to comment because I don’t want to look like a natural hair nazi or be a keyboard warrior on a platform that is already extremely toxic. However, I have to speak my peace. I don’t see 4c hair here. Your hair is thick and dry and all that and I won’t take that away from you but it’s not looking like 4c. I peeped a comment that said, “what if you use silicons on very, very 4c hair.” That is the damage that is caused when people who do have 4c hair come looking for reviews and advice. We end up feeling like we don’t even fit in that box. 4c hair is represented (nappy fu tv, star puppy) all I’m saying is, categorizing is there to help those who fit in those descriptions.

What you are saying is not wrong, but if you look at the title it says "4b/c" so her hair is not mainly 4c nor is it mainly 4b, it is a mix of that.

From all the reviews I’ve seen I can say it’s one of those ok/safe products. If you want to get it, get it. If you don’t want to, then you’re not missing out on much. But honestly, if you have money to spend I’d recommend briogeo, curl smith or even rakish wajhid

I've stopped using the products because I saw someone review FOB saying that the shampoo and conditioner made their hair fall out and now I'm paranoid lol

Lather actually has nothing to do with your hair getting clean. It's just a visual that makes you think your hair is getting clean. No lather shampoos do exactly the same thing

neomi washington it is pricey but if you have the money for it then it is worth a try

I’m 12 My hair is mid back length and medium thickness naturally straight and silky and shiny.I don’t like funcution of beauty .it makes my hair stripped and dry and frizzy.I like using hask shampoo and conditioner the thickening one bc my hair used to be thin now it’s thick sometimes I use the Shea moisture castor shampoo and conditioner (but I like silicones on my shampoo and conditioner).I love the Mielle rosemary mint masque(once a week) .after the shower I use Shea moisture manuka honey leave in and mielle rosemary mint oil.

Since you got your products w/o silicone did you have a lot of slip with the conditioner?

When I initially applied the conditioner I didn’t feel much slip and then once I brushed he it through there was a lot of slip 😊

You and your hair are really pretty! 💓 My hair looks way worse than yours lmao I always need to put it in a bun. Plusss I’m planning to order it soon and I’m super excited (^｡^)

Also, silicones can only be removed from your hair with sulphate shampoo and sulphates strips away all the moisture from your hair.

Shes not 4c. Shes 4 about. So dont say very very. You are not going crazy. You are just watching the wrong channel per say. Silicone are not the enemy. You need to deep condition. I deep condition every wash day once or 2 times a month. Silicone cause my hair to slip and glide pass each other. The thing is are you high or low porosity. If you are low porosity and use shea butter these hard butters, castor oil, olive oil these heavy oils. You hair will feel dry cause those oils won't absorb as well as a grapeseed or sweet almond oil. A lighter oil

Yesss being in Canada is the one thing that made me not order.. but I’m always interested 😩😩

If you put shampoo in your hair it can dry it out. Its not good to put shampoo on your ends. Great video❤

Every one has different hair types, esp black girls. Some naturals incorporate shampoo in their routine and some don't and use it to cleanse every once in a while. Using only conditioner isn't the best either. With natural black hair, black girls have their own regimen.
