i normally start showers at a little bit hotter than luke warm, but typically towards the end of my shower i turn it all the way cold and it just seems to make me feel better, maybe one day ill get to all the way cold starting at, but for now ill enjoy my hot and cold showers.

I do that too. It’s so fun :) I start my showers in the middle, then slowly turn it warmer until it’s too hot (which doesn’t take much) and then turn it to the coldest that I can because it feels so good.

Oh please i love watching these vlogs in the morning. They make me feel less lonely and more appreciated. It makes my day more productive

I started taking cold showers a few months ago. I eased into it by slowly turning it colder as the shower went on. I now can start the shower all the way cold. I must say however every single shower the first few seconds are miserable, but in a little bit it is perfectly comfortable. I started showering cold because I heard there were a lot of health benefits. I can't really tell if it is making a difference but at least the water bill has gone down. To everyone who read this, I recommend cold showers. Have a great day and God bless.😄

My showers are almost always set to just a tiny bit over the middle. Like a tiny bit warmer than Luke-Warm to be comfortable, and not too hot that you feel like your boiling alive 😂
