hello!! Thanks for all the love on this video 🫶🏻 hero cosmetics reached out to sponsor two videos and I can’t help but think it’s because of how well this one did! 🥹💓 they gave me a coupon code for 15% off everything (except bundles) so feel free to use it!! COUPON CODE: MICHNOSE15
First time watching your videos, and it was bc I’m researching hero’s products and wanted to buy the trio.. I’m 25 and used to live on KZread in high school but just hate to have to watch videos these days.. but I just wanted to take the time to say I appreciate you. The way you explain things and your honesty is greatly appreciated. So thank you.

I’m almost 18 and never struggled w acne till recently, and all of a sudden had horizontal acne around my jaw that has been soooo stubborn, and I spent the past few months trying to find solutions. I dried my skin with differen and used moisturizer and every combination of the two you could imagine. Nothing worked, but then I tried hero’s rescue balm and saw a difference, so then I bought the lightning wand, then the face wash, and so on until almost all my products are hero and in the past week my skin has cleared up so much it’s insane. Praying it stays clear thanks to the products

same, i'm 20 and just now starting to break out regularly. i've got to say that hero products, especially the pimple pen, rescue balm, the face cleanser, and the lightning wand have helped me so much. I also really like the sunscreen, good luck with ur skin journey!
Thank you for making this, I was looking for hero products for my acne scars ....... litterally at Target looking

Hopefully it helped!! 😊
I just ordered the nose patches, surface patches, orginal & micropoint im SO excited to try them!
You were wonderful ❤ in your review very informative about what you think about these products ...and yes your totally right even if you don't like the sprays texture ot left on your skin or the scent that's ok and it still is intriguing to me I would want to try these for myself...yess girl every one us different you said it so well thanks for these reviews I came for the sunscreen but stayed for the other products too and I'm pretty stoked about trying some new skin care 😊
i actually found that the original patches were more difficult to stick on my skin, and the invisible ones stayed on better. glad it worked for you.
You’re so pretty! Skin looks great! Gna try that lightning wand thing. Me too, my acne are often hormonal.
i absolutely LOVE how real you are!!
loved this review so much! will definitely go out and get the sunscreen soon :)
This was very well put together keep it coming ❤
I love your attitude! Definitely subbing!
Great product(s) overview!
I used the patches recently and i loved them 🙂
Best sunscreen ever been using it for 8 months now I couldn’t find any better
Thank you so much for this video ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much this really helped in my decision
You are hilarious. I like that you said you don't make videos just because. I appreciate that you said that throwing down $10-20 on products that suck is a big deal to me. I hate wasting money. Your comment on the colour adjusting & then at the end about leaving comments was funny. I'm interested in the colour correcting balm.
I'd be super interested in a video about how you take care of your keratosis pilaris 🤕
The la rosche cleanser is my ride or die too, great review vid🙂
The micropoint patches take more time to work. You have to use it at least 2-3 days in a row until the cyst heads up then apply a regular mighty patch. The micropoints definitely help if youre prone to painful underground pimples.
This was such a lovely and thorough review - thank you! I swear by their patches, but am desperate for something to help fade old acne scars, hoping the lightning products will do the trick. :)

thank you! 😊 the lightning wand is the best one!!
Even though I came here to see your thoughts on the sunscreen I am very interested in the skin care too .the face wash, I always need a new face wash I use different cleansers I dont have any jelly cleansers at the moment. it seems nice to me. One thing that attracted me to their sunscreen was the fact that it is tube with a pump idk what it is but I love products that dispense that way isn't that funny how you didn't like it but I do. We all like different things it's crazy 🤪 but again thank you for this in depth review 🙏 🙌 ❤
I love this kind of video
So I love the Shop Miss A dots. They are $8.99 for 86 and work amazing just like you showed but they don't have the strips. I came here looking for an alternative bc I am out for about a week and can't live without these damn patches haha As someone who is nearing 40 I swear I'll have oily acne skin til I'm 90 lol Those dart ones suck. Totally agree! Anyway you are hella funny and relatable. Only acne sisters understand our struggles such as you HAVE to pop them. Like who leaves them alone 🤣 But these patches have saved me so good to know an alternative and larger patch size! TYSM 😊

this video became so helpful when you said u had dermatitis...i rarely see anyone give reviews on products i want to try that have it. thank u so much!!

Yes!! The dermatitis struggle is reallll 😭 I also have a vid on moisturizers if you’re looking!! 🥰💓
I used to use a lot of hero cosmetics products but most of the products were “meh”. Most of their products could be a bit cheaper! Their sunscreen is amazing though! Also, target does negotiate with hero cosmetics about the prices for their stores. So I don’t really give hero cosmetics a pass on the prices in target stores. Their prices definitely went up after they blew up
Omggg you should totally do a makeup tutorial!!

It’s super simple and easy!! I definitely will 🥰🥰
The micro point ones worked for me, however I took THREE separate (back to back) applications (half the pack!) for the pimple to go completely down, so it’s definitely pricey.
@michaeladickson

woah! That’s good to know!
hydrocolloid turns white when wet. The white stuff on the pimple patches most of the time is just fluid.
THE BEHIND THE EAR ACNE I TOTALLY GET 😭😭
i've been spraying the brave body once-over toner spray on my face because i thought it was a toner!!! does anybody know if that is a bad idea? i've used a whole bottle and only now realized i was using it wrong!! :( it has helped clear my face out a lot and feels sooo refreshing, but i want to double check!!!
As for the rescue balm I actually use an anti-bacterial cream for my skin and it works wonders. Anti bacterial cream can help the skin especially acne prone skin. For me It helps with my fungal acne :) but still people need to be wary of which ones they use because strong creams can irritate the skin
@annikabloomdahl1384

What antibacterial cream would you suggest to an absolute noob?
@thaliac2063

Make sure the anti bacterial cream doesn't thin out your skin
For me personally both of the hero balm worked for me, the og one I’ve been using it recently on my chin day and night cus I have a lot of redness and also break out so I do have some acne scars, it’s hasn’t helped my acne scars just yet but I’ve notice the redness has gone down and I haven’t been breaking out as much, my chin is looking pretty smooth at the moment. For the color correcting balm, I only use it when I don’t feel like wearing concealer but I want to hide my redness so I just use a bit on my redness and it does work really good for me, but it does separate but when I shook it it was okay
Thanks for this! Exactly what I was looking for! ..I’m scared to buy this cleanser because I heard it was drying
@michaeladickson

I haven’t had a problem with it being drying but I live in Hawaii so I’m oily 24/7 😂😂 I probably wouldn’t use it in cold dry winter climate. My fav foaming cleanser for dry skin that I didn’t mention is the La Roche Posay Lipikar Wash AP+ that one is 10/10😍

@@michaeladickson 😂 yeah my skin is dry! thanks for the recommendation! Will definitely order now
Was the sunscreen drying at all? I have seb derm and perioral dermatitis and every single sunscreen so far makes my skin red or makes my skin peel. The color correcting cream worked great for covering up redness for me !
@michaeladickson

It wasn’t drying for me! But my skin is oily and I live in a tropical climate. I could see it potentially be more drying in a different climate, like a dry winter

if you have inredibly sensitive skin you should stick with mineral sunscreens, they are usually more well tolerated. I have eczema and that's what I use and it doesn't cause me flare ups. hope that helps!
Gracias !!!

thank you for watching! :)
Watching this recently after buying their clear collective collection, I am a person that the redness balm is marketed for and I will say: I use it all over my face. I have extremely pink skin and I’m fairly pale all year round but my redness makes my skin look darker. The balm is PERFECT for me. It completely evens out my skin tone. But I don’t use nearly as much as they do! I just kinda scribble a little on and rub it in. No powder no topper and it does actually feel lightweight. I don’t know about others, but my face cleared up after using this product regularly and the redness in my cheeks went down slightly. As far as the actual color of the product, I’m not sure if I’m just the perfect skin tone but it blends into my neck without leaving a line and I’ve used it while being my winter shade and wearing self tanner. This is a product I’ll be using for the rest of my life until something better comes out. If you’re someone who suffers from a permanently blushed face it is WORTH the try. 30% off at ulta right now too!

I love everything except the mist too it’s so sticky and gross
I completely agree! When I put the rescue balm corrector on it is TOO DARK for my face! I literally look like an Oompa Loompa! I wanted to love it but I’m so pale it didn’t work for me!
Can you walk us through a routine you would do with the products that you use when you’re having a breakout ?
