However, this has resulted in me being afraid to even explore anything with anyone. I love your review and the way that you are genuinely looking for something serious. We are the same person!! I do pro and cons list for the men I date and keep notes too. I’m a christian too and didn’t love Upward unfortunately but hinge is definitely the better option!

Thanks for your perspective. You seem down to earth and I could relate to what you are using the apps for goal wise. I still am not sure how I feel about dating apps as I was in a long term relationship before they really took off, but I am trying to learn what I can. That long term relationship ended roughly 4 months ago now. I know that I may at some point choose to use an app or two in conjunction with trying to naturally find someone. I think its also important to keep in mind that you take time to heal after longer more involved relationships as you want to present your best self when searching for a relationship. Presenting your unhealed self can be off-putting or land you in a relationship that is only grounded in trauma which can be shaky and toxic as a foundation.

About the thin eyebrows: castor oil is fantastic! I shaved off my eyebrows & applied castor oil everyday - in 2 weeks they grew back! 👀💕

I love this video online dating is super hard but once you find the right person it is totally worth it. I also keep notes about guys too and even write letters to them during the process of trying to move on so don't worry. You will find the right guy one day it just takes time.

I don't need dating apps cause I'm already in a relationship, but Hinge would probably be the best because it has nationality and ethnicity filters, so its easy to keep out the crazies

I use Final Cut Pro!

I used to do very well on MeetMe. I didn't pay any money and didn't do any live videos. An I did great. Unfortunately nowadays MeetMe has gotten way way WAY worse.

Also I thought at first with meeting up and not texting back and forth as like a scary bold move but you have such a good point, like you have no idea who they are pretending to be in texts vs. when you meet them. I was thinking of trying Bumble and doing virtual dates first as it seems a lot safer and then you get to really get a feeling for the person vs. texting back and forth. What'd you think?

I have never used dating apps because they were after my time and I quit online dating after a few months of trying. I felt like I was playing a slot machine every time. On the left, we have weirdos/losers. In the middle, it's all a bunch of aimless conversations that go nowhere or we were just trolling each other. On the right, we have dick pics...😒 One time, I even had a married man ask me to have sex with him because his wife wouldn't put out! 😆 I don't know why dating sites can't just be normal, or is it because the concept of online dating is NOT normal? 🤔

Online dating is horrible because women are only matching with the top percentage of men. The guys that are handsome, 6 foot tall, physically fit, and have a high salary. Remember every match means 1 man gets a match and 1 woman gets a match Majority of the men that use these apps get no matches and quit. These top men are flooded with hundreds of matches from women so they play to field, and can act like jerks by sending dick pics, ghosting, pumping and dumping
