I’ve used these for years. I top with gel structure and gel top coat. They last for a good two weeks. They perl off with no damage to my nails. Love them. Especially for the nail art as I am no artist.

Ooooooh top coating these with gel is a fantastic idea! (Also, don’t peel these off, I hope it was a typo and u didn’t mean peel off haha), soak them.

I think they are supposed to have a little stretch to them. That’s probably why they say size down. ( saw that in tutorials) I have these but I’m afraid to use them lol.

Hmmm that could be! I didn’t try to stretch them at all haha - next time!

Helpful video Larissa! Thanks for sharing. Have always been curious about them, a few coworkers use and like them.

I think I’m gonna give more of these a try because someone suggested that I should flip it and try the nail art at the cuticle line and I wanna see if the shaping would work that way! 🥳

This set is so pretty! I've never used nail wraps because I change my manicure so often, but I may have to try these! I have really small nails. I think I would try to use the other ones as a template to cut them to fit.

Ah yeah, if you can cut nice and evenly, then the sizing situation becomes easier 🥳🥰

If you have really small nails like me, you can cut the stickers in half and get double the use out of them! I don't use these often unless I want nail art and don't have time to stamp. Other tricks- 1. go through and write the sizes of the sticker on the back of the clear wrapper. Then do the cutting. Once you figure out your sizing for the brand you can pre-sort them into what stickers can work on which nails. 2. keep in mind that you can change the orientation. depending on how much time you have / your cuticle shape, you might want to use the round or square end against your cuticle. This will impact how much art you keep or file off. 3. Glittery designs hide nail ridges best 4. When I wear a basecoat underneath (for this purpose, I use the Sally Hansen nail rescue), I can peel off the sticker with no damage. I had some damage when I tried without basecoat.

A lot of acquaintances use these, and maybe when I'm too old to do my own mani i will too. But until then..... prefer to do a full manicure with my polishes!!!! TFS 😊

I buy these at least once a season. I watched another tips and tricks video the first time I bought this brand and she suggested filing in a downward motion at the tips so the wrap curves over the free edge and then applying a top coat. Some of the sheer or milky looking designs really highlight the ridges on my nails so I usually have to address that first if I want to use those designs.

Ooooh that’s a good tip, ok! I’m sure there’s a bunch of other stuff we can do to make this process easier. I also think that as a beginner with near 0 experience, it wasn’t that bad! So I’m confident anyone trying them will be fine 🥳

Your nails looks great, but the strips are actually intended to be worn the other way around with the design close to the cuticle line. 😊 still looks cute either way though!

Hmmm are you sure? 🤔🤣 because it then seems like the shaping would be off… by the time I push down and wrap around the width of my nail, the strip will become narrower, and also do I flip it, the cuticle line would be way off 😑🤔 - but ok I’ll try it! Because if that’s the case then I will be very happy hahaha

It works better for me that way, too@@PolishLabRat. A few other things - I'd size a little bit down, or as you saw they are super easy to cut. I usually trim them before peeling off the paper. If there's any overlap between the wrap and cuticle, it can create a lift point. When filing, I find holding the file vertically and filing down in only one direction works better. Horizontal filing (although that's how they direct you to do it) can lift the wrap, and then tiny bits of nail dust gets between the wrap and your nail. As you know, nail prep is super important for a good mani. Orly Bonder can be used under them, and I also like Orly Matte as a quick dry topcoat, especially if the wrap is super blingy and I want something slightly more subdued but still fun. I prefer wearing nail polish, but life on the go doesn't always allow time for it. I can lay down a wrap in less than 10 minutes, pretty much just the way they show it in their videos. Practice makes better, just like you indicated! :) Seche Vite as a topcoat also works really well for these. I haven't gotten to try Glisten and Glow yet.

I love that set! You did a great job applying them on your nails and you gave great tips on application and removal. I have tried some from the Dollar Tree that are a different brand; they were good. Yours are a well-known brand; I have two that are holiday theme that I forgot about but maybe next Christmas I'll give them a try. TFS!

Oh yeah, I’ve seen so many of these in diff stores! If I like the design, I think I would grab them if the price is not too much 🤣 they look very cute! (If I practice more I can do them faster than this time probably haha)

Here's my thing with these: I can't stand the way the tip looks "blank" because you have to file it to get the sticker off. Also, I have such narrow nail beds that I'd need "all pinkies and no thumbs" in terms of sizing. But I think they're great for people who don't care to paint.

Yeah I agree with you, some people (whose nails are all narrow or even the case of people who are all wide), will have a hard time finding one of these brands that’s good for them.

Very nice - tyfs this with us! I've picked up many of these on sales but haven't used them yet because I just keep forgetting them & then when I see them again, I feel like what you said: as a newbie it'll take me longer than painting + my nails are too short to get the full effect. (Guess my impulse sale buys weren't that smart, huh?)

Hahahah you can try cutting them and just do a better job than I did 🤣 I cut that shape like a kindergartner but I can prob do better next time hahaha - then we can enjoy the full nail art effect 🥳
