So, I'm pretty sure someone already mentioned it but in case they didn't... in order to have ANY details show up on stamped cookies, the following has to happen: AFTER rolling and stamping- stick them in the fridge (or freezer if in hurry) and WAIT for your oven to preheat. Also, the cookie sheet HAS to also be cold...and you take them out BEFORE the time it says on the directions. I know this was long, but it was the ONE thing I felt I could pass on my findings of so many personal mistakes.

Sarah Hernandez yeah, that did not escape me. They’re plain cheap milk chocolate wrapped in gold colored foil, stamped in a coin mold which is why I was shocked that they cost Corinne more than a dollar. If it were a bigger bag of them, I wouldn’t balk at the price, but there was like seven chocolate coins in there! That’s ridiculous.

Just a suggestion... Try putting ur freshly cut cookies into the fridge. It will make them firmer and more like to hold impression and shape better.

When you were making the cupcakes you can also use an ice cream scoop that way it’s easier bc if you use a scoop it will fill 3/4 way just like how it needs to be

My school had a 9 3/4 platform that is made of the same real brick and only has a slight outline of a door in cement and it can open if you use a key to unlock the lock behind the 9 3/4 metal sign on the wall which is super cool if you watch a teacher go though.

Yeah, you could tell her raw cookies were turning mushy while she was stamping/separating them. I wasn't surprised they lost their shapes in the oven.

If you had frozen the cookies before baking them for an hour or two, they would have stayed in their correct shape and still had the imprint when cooked. Still loved the video. HP rules!

I wonder if after you bake the cookies, you can frost them then use the cookie cutter to stamp the frosting, set/harden the frosting, then take the stamp off to get the design? I'm not a cookie or frosting expert :P

The thing about sugar cookies is that the dough you make for cookie cutter shapes is dryer so it holds the shape, but the premade doughs are usually wetter so it can't hold the stamped shapes regardless of chilling the dough before.
