It’s changed a bit tbh. You’ll still run in with toxic players, but not as much as before.

Imagine returning home exhausted from an 8 hour shift, you want to relax playing something and you get to play with these insecure no lifer basement dwellers. Guys like them is why i'll always stick to single player games, but kudos to all good people out there crushing them and their fragile egos

Not an MMO. It’s just a mode in a Star Wars PvP game revolved mostly around 20vs20 Firefights and was made by the same people who made Battlefield. The game’s pretty fun, but yeah, this is just a side-mode I often personally avoid. Lol

I don't play this game and don't really know anything about it, but knowing toxic guys in this sort of situation often will try to regenerate health fast from a situation like that (he was clearly at 1 hit away first)

Hehe, I love how those toxic punks are like "You're trash, lol" when they beat you, but then after being wrecked on 1v1 they go like "You're cheating you hacking bastard". It's so satisfying to watch them fall like that XD

In For Honor i got Accused of cheating for Baitinh a Attack on an Out of Stamina Opponet btw smurfing in for honor is very looked down upon And then he said i cheated and reported me for just Pressing Circle to faint a attack basicly (Raider Zone attack even the best fall for it and im just mediocre) Other time Again as raider ironicly i believe i got a good read and a light parry on this Jorm And then...bout similar..hacker cheater ehh

Kind of reminds me of an annoying douchebag, years ago, on a MMORPG, that bragged about how he "easily killed" me so many times but FORGOT or overlooked that we were in a GROUP PvP setting where I killed his team members multiple times (without bragging about it!) and that it's about your TEAM winning and was totally silent when MY TEAM won the game!

I love how they assume your hacking and not that you’re maybe using an alt account. As a max lvl anakin I’ve died to a few lower level players who are hook slashing and double parrying and I immediately just assume it’s an alt account 😂

@@bowiesensei5574 best way for people to seal club. MMO I play there is really no way to tell a high tier player from a low tier player so there is no need for an alt account. But in games where you can see all of that info front and center? Yeah you just break out an alt account and crush people before they know what happened.

@@miciso666 Rey can counter him pretty nicely 😉 it’s all about match ups for me. If your going up against a very good dooku and you’re using Luke anakin or yoda then the chances are your gonna have to be really on it, whereas if you’re using obi wan or Rey you’ve got a better chance

Even tho the greivous talked crap honestly hats off to him respecting the 1v1, I'm getting back into the game after at least a year and a half of not playing it at all so im super rusty and bad but on hero showdown one dude on the enemy team literally had an entire match where he tutored me in different combos and moves I could do and how to parry super cool guy love the community in this game half are super chill and always down for 1v1s or teachin new players the ropes and the other half are like finally a "worthy opponent" I can beat in a 2v1 lol. I play on pc but so far awesome community met lots of new people even came across the same people multiple times now.

I can’t stand toxicity in multiplayer communities. You have the patience of a saint and I simply do not. If I win a bet for money and the opponent leaves, that’s grounds enough for intelligence gathering and intentional doxxing. Let people like this get what they get. No guilt, no shame, no problem.

I don’t even play this game but I love how you are defending the defenseless, thank you for giving them a taste of their own medicine

There's arguably nothing more satisfying than seeing the toxic elements of the community get but hurt. Nice job. :)

Remind me of something funny from my childhood. Back in the early 2000s there used to be quite a bit of roleplaying server in the Jedi Academy game. One of the favourite pastime of toxic PVPers was to jump into there server going for "easy" kills. Do notice the quotes. The smart ones would do it in groups with friends. But, there was always the overconfident toxic kid trying to do it alone. But, there is something that needs some context. While the vast majority of fights in that game was akin to a FFA. Most fights in roleplaying servers were handled in a 1v1 fashion to not turn all of it into a clusterfuck. The end result is, while a lot of roleplayers would get shredded in the context of a FFA, many of them were insanely dangerous in a 1v1 encounter. Hell, I'd dare say some of the most dangerous 1v1 duelist from that game came from these servers. The number of times I saw that kind of players get pummeled until they rage quit is embarassingly high.

Honestly, Rey is one of the worst characters in the entire Star Wars franchise, IMO. I would have picked Jar Jar Binks (secret Sith lord, lmao) over her. At least Jar Jar has SOME character development that actually makes sense.

I miss the time when some of the high level players were caring about newbies and teaching the game to them, so when they improve in the game they do the same thing to other new players and cycle goes. Nowadays literally in every online game there are too many toxic players.

Yeah that never happened. I distinctly remember old Starcraft 1 lobbies with things like "Noob=ban", "no slow connections", and kicking people just because it was funny. Even funnier when they joined again so you all voted to boot them again just for the giggle. Heck even "gg no re" was a smug way to brag about ruining your opponent that only very recently became verbotten because Blizzard wanted to obfuscate how evil it is now. You are making up a time that never was, and frankly you limp spined wimps could use some of that, my testosterone plummeted just reading these comments.
