Sagar, it's too much sugar...Prefer eating whole veggies or fruits so that you will get some fibre causing you to eat less and doesn't increase your insulin level...Also you will start feeling hungry soon due to lack of fibre or protein (In case of protein I can understand, as there ain't much option for vegetarian)

It’s just one city. There are many nice African cities but there are nice Indian cities too. India is also a country and Africa is a continent so it doesn’t make a lot of sense to compare them in that way.
