Rookie mistakes with the clothing. A packable down jacket and a hat helps to manage the adjustment to the cold. Obligatory item in the hand luggage when travelling up north of Europe. Schiphol is a mess with the delays. I don't remember departing on time from there. 36h of travel would absolutely destroy me for days after, so respect for keeping it together.

The dutch kitchen is bad indeed. But the majority of the products in supermarkets are healthy and contain much less sugar/salt/additives than supermarkets elsewhere (especially compared to outside of EU). @@apolloniusbeitsman5444
