​@@_The_Clean_Girl fine doing this its good but pls dont use a mower or trimmer with no proper protection cuz if it hits a small rock or something it will slam it away at 70 mph and if that hits you or a car u could have serious injury,s next time trimming/mowing just put on jeans or workpants and work shoes so ur legs are protected and i recommend using a helmet with eye shield Sorry im a gardener so i wish you the best 😅

Wow thank you so much for what you are doing you are making a positive difference in the next family’s who will go visit the park 💚🌈🌏

This is so great! An example of the positive impact of what one person can do! That was a lot of money, effort and time, so thank you for all you did. The last, and most important step would be to find a sustainable way to keep this pocket park maintained in the future (perhaps share this video with the municipality). There are unfortunately many of these little parks and places all over the island that have been abandoned due to loss of funding for consistent upkeep, so let's go to the alcaldia with this -or find a community grant for its continued upkeep! They did this with the Guajataca Tunnel and it went from an abandoned kind of scary place to a great fun, community and family event site! Also, bienvenida a la isla. Welcome to the island! We have lived here full time for over 8 years and have explored many, many areas. While there are some disheartening parts to life here, it is overall a wonderful place.

Trash pick up days would be my forte as a first step. Glad you have the talent and eye for weed whacking, cleaning, and painting. I hope more join you and you can get the funds to help.

When you do this kind of selfless things it just adds and adds to your spiritual growth. Thank you twice because locals do care but I don’t know what happened that the park project got sidetracked. Adding to your community development interest. The walls had paintings on them by the kids of the community that did care and joined to paint them and leave their mark. Its important to acknowledge that when you do future interventions. Thank you so much for caring, for investing out of your pocket to help someone else. I hope it comes back 10 times back to you! I hope this inspires others to do this acts. Thank you!
