@@Amuroray77 Only time I can think of where I definitely got special treatment from CS was with a national trade in where I got a sick Ja auto. I don’t consider waiting multiple years (some since covid), countless unanswered tickets, unfavorable trades, requests ignored (that were initially agreed to when I sent them in a long time ago), and no responses as special treatment. All those other big customer service hauls were a result of going to the national, and that service was offered to everyone at the show. As I mentioned, I stopped sending stuff in as it’s not worth the hassle and wait imo. This is definitely a sizable haul that I’m happy to get back, and I’m grateful to at least get help on these, but given the info I mentioned in the vid, I wouldn’t consider it a big win.

I hereby formally request a Brian Scalabrine chase

And here I am still waiting on a four year old redemption.

Nothing. I tried emailing and no response. Just gave up and played the waiting game and then these all came. Happy to get them but a bunch of the requests were forgotten/messed up which was frustrating (but still happy to at least get taken care of). I’ve heard calling is the best bet these days

Only dealt with them once. Redemption never came so substituted for a sparkle pack. Broke even, so was happy with it.

Watching packman open the booklets was my favorite opening in a while

I remember the days where I would get a redemption for just a base card of a rookie football and I want to say basketball too. Almost wasn't worth the effort. But I still sent them in and likely still have the cards today! Can't believe they actually sent a card back.

Out of curiosity I requested replacement for an incomplete redemption, how long does it usually take for a replacement

I had a box that was missing half of the inserts/parallels from my packs were just missing, missing 10 of the best cards, only to get replaces with 10 base vet optic elite dominators cards. Definitely was not happy with the replacements. Still waiting on a couple redemptions from 2-3 months ago, so we'll see on those. Those sparkle packs replacements seem like a trash replacement as well. Thank you for the video's always appreciate all the content!

Hey so does anyone know how turning redemptions you are waiting on into similar boxes like this works at the national. About how long is the wait I’m guessing hours? Do you just need your panini account and password to show what redemptions you are waiting on to trade in? It’s my first national and I’m just trying to be prepared. Thank you!
