They consistently hold good teams out of that end zone and they get home with 4.... don't let them actually blitz. Game over. And then that offense is amazing. We didn't see him become truly special until he was unleash when Randy Moss was there where he got his first MVP, ever since then, Tom been superhunman for a long time. Keep in mind Lamar is only 26. And Harbough is cool, but he is no Bill Belichick. Keep in mind that the position is called quarterback, not passing back. Lamar game is different than theirs, and he is still evolving, he is only 26.

The lb was on him. If that pass was anywhere else the lb would have undercut and intercepted. Also, the WR has a catch radius. The qb's job is to hit that radius. Thats why some WR's are elite, they make difficult catches. And he did stand in the pocket. Largely because the D was using a soft rush to contain him because the were afraid of giving him lanes. Lamar’s has thrown for more yards in his five 5 seasons than Flacco did in his first 5 seasons. Lamar has a higher win percentage than any of your favorite current QB not named Mahomes. Of those 6 years, who were his good receivers... not to mention the injuries to his RB's. This is the first year he finally have receivers that can catch, despite Zay Flowers drops. and is now a MVP candidate, again. Mahomes has trash receivers this year, now he look mortal, when Lamar always had less. Lamar is only 26, younger than Joe Barrow, who been in the league for 3 years and has been healthier than him. Only a handful of of QB's to ever have a perfect QB rating 3 times or more and Lamar is one of them. Lamar could always throw, he just never had the talent his other peers have had.
