That’s sad but I’m glad he has bettered himself and has a family who loves him.

He was 12 that is not the same son. Id say let your sister get close, let him be your nephew at most, and see if he really understands what hes asking for, see if your sister can find out if he was truly brainwashed and sincerely didn’t know the kind of damage it would cause at such a young age its impossible to recognize the impact of permanence.
