Flood the market with OG’s, we deserve it!

Nike will piss off a lot of people if they start limiting OG colorways. I think the only ones that complained about the Military 4s are “sneakerheads “ that got into it the past 5 years

Heck yeah ! Open it up ... Nothing is sitting. All of collabs are selling out. Most of GR are selling out. Military blue didnt sit ? Sold out pretty fast on SNKRS and never restocked. Whats sitting is reseller's pairs. Nike got paid. No one should ever have to pay 3X markup.

@@Hegotkickz Sitting on shelf for few weeks is not a brink/sitting Thats the Plan !!! they wany you to be able to walk in and get a pair of shoes without having to pay markups. Dropping price 30% is not a big deal...People leaving Nike because they are 0-50 on SNKRS app..is a big deal. Parents calling Nike to complain resellers are 3x a shoe, day after release...is a big deal...resellers got greedy and now Nike is taking back their stock. Going back to roots of being able to walk into a store and buy the pair of shoes that you want. IMO. you been here way longer. i just been watching ... its pretty interesting to say the least...Watching forsure...

Don’t limit the number of pairs for the OG banger releases, just reduce the number of releases each year. With the shear number of these grails being released, some are bound to sit. People will have to pick and choose which ones they want the most. No one has money like that for each one coming out, not in this economy. I think Nike sees the writing on the wall and is just trying to get as much money as they can before the wheels fall off the country as a whole.

If it's limited, the resellers are going to buy all of them, and I don't want that

They need to flood the market. I'm tired of resellers using bot to take more than 100 pairs, so those love sneakers can't get it. I just want to walk in a sneakers store and pick up my pair in my size 12.5 they definitely need to make a million in that size. these are the first size to go the quickest.

I think Nike should drop GR stuff but not so much OF IT, they drown the market with stuff that they know ppl are not gonna go crazy for. Then I think they should have a selection of preorders maybe like 3 different sneakers a month. That way they don’t get stuck losing money over manufacturing stuff that’s gonna sit, at 40$ a sneakers and a 220$ retail, even if they sell 50% of a sneaker at 100$ after hitting the outlets they still don’t lose.

Nike flooded the market when "sneakerhead" interest spiked courtesy of quarantine/stimulus checks and The Last Dance. They capitalized on it by pumping out huge volume of often lower quality shoes. Now that interest has subsided, Nike is stuck with their dick in their hand because they didn't plan the inevitable downturn in time, considering it takes well over a year to go from pre-production to retail shelves. All of this seems like a desperate ploy to lure the sneakerhead demographic back. I'm fine with OG retros, but stuff like wu-tang dunks and UNDFTD 4s need to stay in the past. End rant.

Nikes issue is the current US economy and creativity not big GRs. Only resellers bitch about that. All shoes eventually sell whether it’s weeks or the first 10 minutes the store opens.
