DISCLAIMER: For whatever reason we thought from early on 'Bare-Su' was a nickname for 'Dae-Su' (no clue why honestly lol) and we didn't realize that was actually a nickname for Su-Hyeok. We didn't realize this until after wrapping up the season, so for the rest of the reactions we refer to Dae-Su as Bare-Su almost 100% of the time & we exclusively call Su-Hyeok by his full name. Sorry for this confusion but I know the comments will pour in correcting us but just know we know now and can't go back and correct ourselves so we're very sorry about that!

yeah korean dramas are keeping it PG - 13 especially because they’re still supposed to be high school kids, and he was obviously in shock i mean the girl he likes just gave him a kiss all of a sudden it was a cute typical innocent teenage boy reaction 😆❤️

7:27 The subtitles here said “Aren’t you?”, but the direct translation to what Nam-ra said in Korean is “And you’re not scared?” So that’s why Su-hyeok nodded yes, basically saying “yes, im not scared” But that’s different to how we would answer it in English. We would say “No I’m not scared,” kind of like the subtitles. That’s why the subtitles didn’t match his actions.

On the contrary, i think Namra confessing her feelings towards Suhyeok by recording it with the cam was a very good touch. Everyone was recording messages towards their loved ones, but both Suhyeok and Namra did not have anyone special left to make a recording for. Which is why in that moment of confessing feelings for each other, they became each other’s “loved one/important person”. Namra basically showed how important Suhyeok is to her by leaving him a similar message that the rest of the crew were doing for their family

Nam-ra is Best Girl. And I don't think the bullies were ever really friends. The one who died most likely bullied Gwi-nam within the group considering how he treated him when they were under that truck. This time though, Gwi-nam was able to do something about it.

Man that bully had it coming. Gwi Nam and the guy weren't really friends. More like boss and subordinate. Gwi Nam is pretty much a coward that sticks with the tough ones. That's why he gets so triggered when Cheongsan calls him out as a loser. Huge inferiority complex imho. Besides all that, that kiss with Namra and Suhyeok was adorable. One of my favorite scenes.

I think su hyeok only called nam-ra “prez” bc no one else acknowledged her as the classroom president before
