I blocked my ex from social media for the same reasons, he had caused me a lot of pain and blamed me for the entire failing of our relationship, and I know he can be cruel. I had to rebuild myself, my career and health needed an overhaul, and I had no emotional space to be the bigger person. Sometimes you need a time out to live to love another day.

Very true… I did this with the two relationships after my divorce. Blocking is more to keep my emotions in check and decrease the chances of me becoming more and more traumatized due to having failed at my past relationships… sending positivity 😇

I've started your workbooks and just signed up for e-mail coaching today! 😄 I think it would be a longer one with what I believe is a severe case of avoidance and abandonment issues, and LGBT. Very much looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

I started talking to me ex fiancé again for the last few days kind of as friends. And then out of nowhere she lets me know that someone else (m 37) has moved in with her (f 23) in her small one bedroom apartment. She then started raving about how happy she was and that this was what she wanted. We were together for 5.5 years, but this “rebound/monkey branch” probably started a month or two before she ended things. At the end of our conversation I asked her to block me to be fair to me. I want to be able to actually move on now. I don’t think she can be honest with anyone.

Coach, I think a good subject would be what happens when an ex wishes you happy birthday and what does that mean. You have should I wish my ex a happy birthday but not the former. I think it could be interesting and selfishly I'm curious haha. Thank you and the team for all you do

I've lost him and gotten him back before. This time I think it's over. We were going to move but now I'm going alone. He said he loved me but wasn't in love with me. He doesn't want a future with me, he doesn't want to be the man I need, he doesn't love me enough to try. Now I'm holding nothing. My life is a joke.

Hello Craig, I have a testimony to tell!!!. No contact does wok!!! Meanwhile no contact, I worked on myself and emotional self control. He called me after almost 3 months of no cntact. Desperately!!! People follow coach Craig's advice through the videos and have self respect. Only allow them to treat how you deserve. Do not lower your standards bc they won't take care of you or the relationship. No contact worked successfully so I could happily move on!!! I realize he is still a child and doesn't know what he wants. I deserve to be loved and taken care of and nothing less. No contact gives off the "fading effect" they will remember the good stuff more and more. No contact is mainly to focus on yourself and build upon yourself and to NOT be so focused on getting your ex. They will somehow see you're trying to better yourself and not just saying it. Actions speak louder than words.

I really wish I would be in her place one day.

Prove you've changed by going radio silent and dissappear. The ex will be curious and no doubt get intouch.

Wish my ex gf will come back. Its has been 1month tho there up and down. But im still contimue to work out, talking to my therapist and life coach to keep me im track. Still hope all this work will be worth it to get what i want.
