Brock got popped & had his win reversed.. But, probably 90% AT LEAST of the UFC roster get injections to keep their levels "peaked" which is the SAME thing as using roids. But, USADA can't do anything as long as a fighter isn't above their individual "peak" level.

On top of that Usman used to start gassing out in 2 rounds like on the ultimate fighter but then suddenly out of nowhere gains knockout power AND insane cardio , more Cardio than Colby Covington of all guys ?????? Lol. Whats wrong with that is Colby alot smaller and not as explosive and doesn't have knockout power also Colby said he only throws with 60% on his punches whereas Usman said he throws with 100% on every punch he said he doesn't like to just touch guys up like boxers so thats incredible amount of energy and power to have and for him to develop it that quickly with bad knees on top of that makes it very sketchy including the gym he went too

Lemme guess you think fighting defensively just magically gains all your stamina back too? It's not a game, your equilibrium being fucked will always always effect energy levels, the increased heart rate will cause your muscles to tighten... etc. If you think somehow none of that affects your endurance then idk what to tell you.

I used to be a bodybuilder, this guy has so many clear signs of AAS use. The biggest give away is his muscle bellies he looks really hard and grainy especially after a grueling wieght cuts. I’m not even gonna lie that whole part of different head size was just dumb. Those are two complete different photos. Different angle. Different face made. The camera zoomed in more etc. And in the left photo it seems that usman finished a fight which means he would be getting punched which also leads to some swelling. All could play a big role in making his head look different.

Im not saying he is using it but EPO can do that. For Cardio all he needs to do is get his heart rate up n keep it there plenty of ways to do that. Not everyone runs, that just happens to be one of the least boring ways of doing cardio. Some use bikes, step mill, elliptical etc.

You have to run as a fighter...there is no substitute...everything you do starts with standing up on two legs...power is generated in the legs for strikes...the movement needed to avoid strikes and posiion yourself to land strikes comes from explosive leg movement...road work is the only way to harden up the legs for this

I think he's absolutely on the juice, but I have to add that the two photos you used for the head shape comparison are taken at different angles and with different focal lengths. Even if you used the same camera, from the same angle, facial expression etc, changing focal lengths will change the appearance of the head shape.

Thank you. Was looking for this comment. In the photo world the left picture is a wider lens (35mm) maybe about 5ft away and the right picture is more telephoto lens (200mm) and further away from him. For a fair comparison it needs to be the same lens and same distance away from the subject.

So does that make nate a snitch when he said everyone in the ufc is on steroids?

Also lets not forget how insanely awkward Usman becomes whenever this is brought up, the fake yawning at UFC 245 especially. Please though guys try to watch the whole thing, if you still believe he is clean, slap yourself and get some help.

Colby is a very natural size for their weight class, most people think fighters have to be jacked as fuck when in reality all that muscle doesn’t help. You’ll have more power sure but you’re gonna gas easily since muscles use oxygen.

There's a power/cardio spectrum in combat sports... 1. Guys with the heaviest hands lack the cardio... Rumble, Ngannou, Lewis, Woodley, etc. 2. Guys with the best cardio lack power... Diaz brothers, Holloway, Covington, etc. 3. Kamaru Usman seems to be the only guy in the UFC that hits the hardest while having endless cardio. This spectrum is determined mostly by your muscle fibers... fast twitch muscle fibers are explosive but insufficient, and vice versa. It's not really possible to be both fast twitch and slow twitch at the same time, but Kamaru Usman has somehow pulled it off.

Fantastic. Would be intrigued to hear your top 5 current and all time clean fighters (or fighters you presume to be clean).

I kind of have a feeling that after the Jones situation the UFC would not ever let one of their legends popping come to the eye of the public. Injuries or fighters being bussy could be them serving suspensions but we dont hear of it

The most obvious sign to me is the fact that he has one of the best gas tanks in the UFC while being an extremely muscle-bound guy who happens to be leaps and bounds stronger than all of his opponents. This completely goes against physiology, bigger muscles = more oxygen needed to fuel them. But somehow Kamaru has it all. He also has this while maintaining an extraordinary low body fat %. Normal people with that low of body fat % usually don't have the best hormonal profiles. But yet again, Usman somehow manages to defy the rules.

All you have to do is look at his body fat the guy looks like he is cutting at all times. The amount of cardio he would have to do to keep up that low body fat, while keeping that muscle at 34! Is unreal, which he is simply not known to do.
