Pretty much, hardmode shatts only has a chance to spawn and be activatable (one of the torches go purple if its a hardmode) and if its not a hardmode, they go back in bazaar and pop another key.

I sometimes do, its only lvl 50 tho and at that point of the exponential curve, its only 8.7 hp per second. Wouldn't help all that much
