10:30 you need to add shade for this trap. Zombies will always run into any place that has protection from the Sun, unless the players is around. So better to watch it from some glass. You can use this trap as an exp farm. Just build above that trap, grab your smite sword (smite increases damage to undead mobs like zombies and skeletons), and start slaying them. This just to give you information man on how the trap works. Keep up the good content! 😄

You could make a crafting table type gimmick at the bottom so they can't mlg and kill them with fall damage cuz they aren't gonna die with the water there. You could also make this afk by adding a mincart with a hopper because they can collect items through blocks.

For the pufferfish trap, go into survival to anger the fish and puff them up
