    the milk frother works way better when you use it close to the top of the milk, so it can actually catch the air :D

  • @ScarfmonsterWR

    @ScarfmonsterWR

    5 жыл бұрын

    Uh, no? You are supposed to keep it at the bottom so it makes proper tiny bubbles. Also, if you keep it near the top, you are going to leave most of the milk intact. Never mind the fact that Barry's milk was way too hot to froth, and he had put about four times too much milk in that glass.

  • @ranija

    @ranija

    5 жыл бұрын

    @@ScarfmonsterWR Your last sentence is right, it works a lot better with warm milk. Nonetheless you shoud try keeping it just below the surface so it catches a little air at a time, when you stick it all the way to the bottom it doesn't actually froth the milk as you saw in the video. That's at least what I was taught and we use these quite a lot here in good ol' Germany.

  • @CookingWithCows

    @CookingWithCows

    5 жыл бұрын

    @@ranija the idea is that the frother creates a whirl, which sucks in air to the bottom of the glass, where it gets mixed into the liquid, then the bubbles rise to the top. Unfortunately most of these cheapo ones are not powerful enough to do this, so they work better closer to the surface with less resistance

    And it broke up because it was just minced meat. Burgers need a binding agent to prevent them breaking up. I always use a recipe that includes minced onions and cream crackers blitzed in a food processor, plus eggs to bind the mixture. If those ingredients had been included, then 750 grams of mince would probably have been enough. And the burgers would have tasted mypuch better.

There the female ones have four "sections"(these slight ridges on the outside) and taste sweeter than the male ones which usually only have 2-3" sections" and have a more bitter taste to them.

  • @kateschroeder7298

    @kateschroeder7298

    5 жыл бұрын

    @@josephine2985 there is no such thing as male or female fruit, as the gender belongs to the flower of the plant. If anything, peppers are hermaphroditic, as they are produced from flowers that have both male and female parts. The part about flavor is also an old wives tale, rooted in that peppers with 4 bumps have more seeds, which is better for seed collection (and thus more reproduction, a trait commonly seen as female). But that is only because the 4 bump peppers are larger, not due to any difference from the 3 bump peppers.

    Glass and the glass like materials used in mugs like those are insulators. For that thing to work you need a ceramic or metal mug. It will work a little bit with glass but will take forever because less then 3% of the heat is being transmitted while the rest is lost.

    I looooove my Burger Master, the trick is to flip it over and the burgers fall into the wells. Then you bend it to pop them out. I usually pop in freezer for a bit to firm them and then pop in grill. Works like a charm!
