Getting a mic arm is a must have for remote TCG playing. Thanks for getting this out there, helps people find a good mic arm for their needs. I got one of the very generic guys off of Amazon, but cannot attach my mic to it bc the FDUCE screw part is too broad, need an adapter piece.

I got the fifine BM88 in white on sale for $48 and I absolutely recommend it. I actually mounted upside down on a shelf above my monitor and it works perfectly.

For me, Ive been through the Neweer cheapys, then the Rode PSA-1 and then a Gator one. And I ended up hating each of them. Then the FIFINE BM88 LP walked into my life. Now I find money on the street, the vending machines give me two sodas instead of one, and I no longer have any back pain. Absolutly love the BM88 low profile. At sub $60 it is the GOAT for me. Would love to have an AM8 to try out some time as well.

Loved the Innogear LP for all of two weeks. Streaming and trying to use the keyboard was the issue. The arm forces you to move the mic too far away to type.

Would you recommend the FIFINE K688 and FIFINE CS1 boom arm bundle?

whats your opinion about the thronmax S6 low profile mic arm?

I have the fifine low profile arm and I love it. It's a great arm

Is there a small arm, like that Rode one, but that attaches to the table like the others ? So I can attach to the back of the table and have it come straight forward ?

I love the Elgator LP arm, but when i attach my Rode NT1 to it, i need to tighten the screw so hard, that i'm always afraid to break it. Currently using my Fifine AM8 on it and the combination is absolutely perfect. Thanks again for your AM8 review, which was the reason i got this mic. Love it!

Love the AM8! And yeah, that’s the entire reason I printed that piece to tighten the Elgato arm, the Rode NT1!

@@DarkenedCyrus In case you want to review a hidden gem, that somehow no one talks about, you can take a look at the Hercules stream 200 xlr. That's an audio interface + streamdeck in a single device and has enough juice to power a SM7b. I own one and i'm super happy with it. I have NO idea, why there're almost 0 youtube videos about it.

Does your Elgato arm lp sag down a little bit whenever you adjust it?

Yes and no. I do have to crank it down, but that little bit of adjustment is nice when you are moving the mic so you aren't hard moving the desk/table its attached to. I kinda see it as a feature

That also heavily depends on the mic. With my NT1 it sags a little bit, but with the AM8 attached to it, it's no sag at all.

WAIT! your ball head mount on your FiFine LP is white? wth lol mine is black. same white arm but the ball head mount is black

I have the Bilione stand & I politely disagree I think its quite weighty at the base, I have my Fifine K688 attached and never had an issue with it being top heavy. You can always stick a couple of felt pads to the base to give it a bit of softness if required.

Definitely wouldn’t be top heavy with the K688, but it is with the Rose NT1 and the Podmic
