My favorite is the Glossier Balm Dotcom too. I complained so much about the switch to the vegan formula that when they brought back the original they sent me a cute little pr package. I’m not an influencer at all so it was really cute that they reached out to people who had sent them input on wanting the og formula back.

You influenced me on the EADUM, I got the butter mochi, and it is lovely. I am a nurse, it lasts for SO long without leaving my lips. So glad to find this!

Saw spreadsheet and got irrationally happy. ( double Virgo) I appreciate this so much.

So glad to hear Glossier went back to the old formula. Thanks for sharing the news! I stocked up on a few when they came out with the new formula, thinking only the packaging changed, and instantly noticed a difference. I googled it to see if it was just in my head and found out the rest of the internet was also outraged 😂

this was excellent - thank you for putting so much time and effort into this! I think you totally sold me on that eadem too - I'd been eyeing it on Sephora but hadn't heard anyone really talk about it yet. My personal favorite tinted balm isn't on here (the Make Beauty Lip Serum Balms) but there are a ton of new to me balms plus old faves (thrilled to hear Glossier is doing the right thing!) and this spreadsheet??? incredible!

The Ole one is the real deal! And cocoa is the first nude glossy formula that doesn't just turn pinky on me but isn't too dark/warm/brown. Perfect nude lip care❤❤❤

The squeaky clean WA lip balm is so great 🌈 so pretty

I LOVE the Ami Cole lip oil formula but both of mine developed mold within 6 months. I’ve seen a lot of other people say the same thing. Kait reached out to the brand who then said they did lab tests but refused to share the results.

Thank you, Kackie! I’ve been using the Tarte Best Bud (clear) balm at night for years. It may be discontinued though. This was much needed. I HATE mint flavors, or rose scented products. I am so glad you mention that. I don’t mind fruit smells or vanilla flavors. It’s a huge issue for me and is important. I love the Ole Henriksen orange balm. It’s like an orange cream scent. You hit this one out of the park. 👏👏👏

would love to see a new tubing mascara (with spreadsheet!) review! seems like there are so many new tubing mascaras out!

I’ve noticed a lot of companies are marketing lip stick as balm, but it is lipstick.

Best 40 minutes of my life. I love love love the Vieve lip oil, the original glittery one is a bit gritty but the tinted one in Rosa…..oh my thats a good time, UK brand so not sure how easy it is to get your paws on but highly recommend

@@Rin-sr2ml The Elf has a slight something from the fragrance, but it goes away quickly and I don’t taste anything from the O’Keefe one. I’m obsessed with the O’Keefe and use it as a base for all my more drying lip tints.

Seconding the Okeeke SPF - a tiny bit of sunscreen smell to me but feels nourishing and stays on my lips.

Another oldie but goodie not listed is the Fresh Sugar Lip Balm. The clear advanced therapy one and the mint one are standards i always have around. Auric and the Eadem are awesome too. Thanks Kackie for the tip on Eadem.

Someone already said it but I believe the Auric tube design is supposed to be more hygienic/sanitary since your mouth bacteria, dead skin isn't getting back into the tube with the product.

I recently fell for the Truly Unicorn Fruit Plumping Lip Balm. It tastes like sophisticated Fruity Pebbles and the peppermint is extremely subtle. The only draw back is the jar is a bit inconvenient on the go, but I love it too much to care.

I have the Kaja bento in strawberry and it's a total win. The bottom is definitely the lip scrub and works great, (in fact it's the only lip scrub I've gotten my kids to like using during our dry, dry, winters) and the top is a lip balm. Haven't tried the coconut-y one, but I really enjoy the strawberry!

I have a terrible problem with flaking on my lips. I tried abstinence for several months in case my lips were habituated, but that didn't help. I've been trying so many lip balms without much success that I really appreciate your work in putting this together. Laneige mask and balm has been the best for treatment results for me. I've also had success with the Jane Iredale and Jones Road lip tints for daytime - at least they don't dry my lips.

Love some of these so much and looking forward to trying a few out! You *must* go and try out the Kosasport lip fuel in baseline for an actual skincare level of hydration on the lips. I’ve always had the driest lips and I end up chewing on them and it’s a not great cycle I get into but once I tried this one out by Kosas it changed everything for me. I think it’s mainly due to having hyaluronic acid in it. But my goodness what an absolute gem of a product. They make a couple of colors as well and while they do work great, they’re not as fantastic and effective as the clear one. Hope you can give this one a shot, Kackie

Great reviews! Thank you. Love your FRENCH ACCENT!!! Regarding the RMS LipNights and the grit... it melts so quickly and becomes smooth. I was shocked by it as well when I first tried it, but am so used to it now. On the LipLights, I watched RoseMary Swift use them, and she indicated that you have to press down on the tube at the bottom and top at the same time. BINGO! That worked. Not a fan of the tubes at all. They are a real PITA... but I do like the LipNights. I agree, the Laneige is wonderful... I have several of the "flavors" ... currently using the BERRY. One that I didn't see on this is the Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask. I love the clear one. They also introduce one color in addition during the year. Thanks again for a great video. Always enjoy watching you and hearing what you have to say.

Kosas Lip Fuel. I've probably purchased 50 over the years, gotten friends into it. It's plumping with hyaluronic acid, Lanolin and Beeswax, delicate mint scent/flavor. Flat component fits in pockets and doesn't roll off desks. AND it's got tinted varieties as well.

After all the tries, Dior is still the fave lipstick and teen era Smackers is still great, the strawberry for a pink red and the root beer for that neutral brownish so chic today! and it tastes good. for balm el cheap is best! Sorry I cannot find min priced Aveda with color and mint nowadays!

Dr. Haushka is the only lip balm I will ever need ! It’s so dang expensive but it’s the only one that heals and revives my lips I don’t have to use it often

Yes love a good deep dive. Thankfully there are more ok products these days than truly terrible ha. I’ve been leaning towards balms that have more shine so it’s the best of both balm and gloss & some with a bit of color. I have eadem on my list to try next along with the original glossier on the next sale. I definitely rather have vanilla or no scent. I love vanilla like the SF (i find rhode is more cake icing lol) but the bday one was not the same formula and had less shine probably because of the shimmer!? The only coconut scent i thought was good was fresh advanced in the pot but otherwise i won’t buy anything that has that scent as it’s usually artificial.

Interesting collection! My absolute favourites are: guerlain beeglow, Clarins lip oil, Augustine Bader and for the night the Sisley balm. And I like the Dior lip glow if they would just adjust the packaging (yes packaging is important 😂 and I just hate it when something is pink if there is no pink inside 😅)

Isn't it wild how personal smells are? I got Chanel No. 5 and I was like WHAT. IS THIS. I got no citrus, no jasmine, no cedar. Just powdery old makeup and mustiness. But it's a classic!
