I love the slow careful methodical way you cook and prepare your food and presentation and to music, those who criticize the way she prepares at her own speed and wonderful careful method should stop putting her down and watch and then do at your own speed!! But I think slow and easy is so refreshing and since I like to cook this way it is therapeutic! Love your recipes and slow style! We need more of this!❤️yummy!

It’s not soothing..it’s mind numbing. But maybe that’s what people need.
I kmow the bacon was thin. But I think I would have cooked it a little before sandwiching in the pastry.

I like the design idea (would use diff filling).The "bacon" is circular, so why trim it? It would be a pretty little ruffle and not wasted.
why are u wasting the edges if you're planning to cut circles?

Her videos are always up to 8 1/2 minutes long. She must have some type of agreement or something. But can you change the music? Same music all the time. Where do you get round bacon? Most of the time, I put it in mute. Nice ideas, though, I must admit. Thank God she didn't shape each one. Nice cheese sauce. Her videos are addicting!😂😂

I like watching this channel's shorts, these videos are too long and can easily be trimmed. Details like opening a packet of bacon is totally unnecessary.

Why take the time to trim the edges when you cut out circles?
I never have the patience to watch to the end. Cut two circles, we have it figured out how to do the others. BORING

It drives me crazy that the edges of every sheet of puff pastry are trimmed. Why? What a waste when it doesn't matter for the final product.
I never seen bacon that was round or that paper thin? I think I would fry my bacon before I put it on pastry. It looked like prosciutto not bacon

Pancetta is dry aged and can be eaten raw, but would cook crisp in this recipe.

Lol was thinking the exact same thing as well ..Also, just watched the video of how to correctly use any grater, On its Side, then dump into bowl or pan after..Makes so much sense too..65 years later, still learning something new is a Good thing..😂
