I am so glad that you take the pictures of broken tiles before you begin work. I can just see a customer saying that the break was caused by you. This roof turned out beautiful. Great work on a difficult access job. Enjoyed hearing about your "misplaced anger" in regards to gutter vacs. Perhaps a blocked childhood trauma? Lol. In truth, you have the patience of job to do the often dangerous work you do. Please continue to stay safe.

That flat piece of glass looked like a repurposed table top, great job as always Nick looked fantastic once you'd finished it.

Thank you for explaining that a job may not be hard in one sense, but variables affecting reach, access and multiple setups and take-downs of equipment, can majorly affect how much time you need and the physical effort required. Ah, in all the moves you discussed, I realized you didn't say anything about the patio or side area. Too bad, it would have added a lot of sparkle. Glad you are working with some people that have the courage to do rennovations. A pretty roof, nice it is turning out so well. Hmm, running into a skylight type that you've never seen before, in an unexpected place, is another variable. I understood the scaffold itself was a risk to the glass and then you mentined the risk of a sliding broken tile... scaffold wobble being a risk to the glass and instead, you are going to stand on a thin area. Plus now we have video editing problems to figure out. At this point, I started laughing. I'm glad you can figure these things out and we're getting an education. As you were reaching the roof to biocide with a pole, the sound made me think of little robots, done remotely. I wonder if someone would ever make one? Would they get blown off roofs by wind? They have them for lawns. That was nice your photography helped you to pinpoint broken tiles and needed repairs. Thanks for showing how you rinse down when you are up high, like the gutters and walls. Well, at least you knew a gutter vacuum was a viable solution for the complications of brittle gutters, no down-pipes, etc. Who becomes responsible for figuring how to clear the root clogged downspout? The final views show that the cleaning enhanced the appearance a lot, as well as improving the roof conditions. Good work in tough weather.

Looks so good Nick, really nice work. A nice house in a very nice location that has been 10000 times improved by your work. I am glad these new homeowners are interested in maintenance not just design for the house. So many people want to skip the maintenance part because the dollars spent dont show the same way design does when maintenance is the most important part.

Another great job and esp. considering the difficult access and fiddly bits... I know it is probably a big expense (maybe you could hire one to try it out) but would a Cherry picker or elevated reach work platform / telehandler style machine be an option for these jobs...? tow it behind on a trailer, set it up once, get up above the work and go in and out, up and down to get to various spots... if you owned one, you could install hard lines on the platform to enable the pump to plug in to the bottom, and the lances and nozzles to plug in at the top where you are working and controlling the machine instead of dangling and the weight of the loose hoses... Another tip for you might be to get some cheap (but durable) XL (to fit anything from a mini to a Range Rover) padded car covers to drape over the unmoveable cars or neighbours cars (or similar), then just rinse the cover off, not the car, which is fully protected from moss, water and chemicals... keep those neighbours happy who think they may get damage on their cars, caravans, outdoor furniture, shrubs (even skylights!) etc...

Great work as usual✔ Neighbours roof looked in need of a clean, What ever it cost the homeowner it was 100% worth it, an investment to be proud of. Use to have to match up similar looking guttering, purchased them in a hardware shop asain family run. They called them roman orgy guttering. Well done fellow, thanks for the detailed videos.

Wow, it looks fabulous now. That skylight was interesting - but right in the way! I’m glad you were confident on that little roof…though you didn’t really have much option! You hope the house owner has you back to clean the patio and driveway once they’ve finished renovating as they look rather grubby by comparison to the sparkling clean roof now! Great job Nick 🌟💕

Tricky job today! The little red roof was very satisfying great angle to see it get clean. Quite a mild pile of slop cracked me up and then Nick giving kisses 😘 it’s a great day ,great video. Well done 💕

They're altocumulus clouds, commonly called "cotton wool" or "cotton ball" clouds for obvious reasons.

That looked a real challenge, and you always make it look so easy, your a true professional when it come to cleaning roofs, and you certainly have the skills and knowledge too. Top job Nick 👍

That was quite the awkward job with lots of struggles, but it's awesome to see you being strong and seeing it through. I'd have put a safety rope around you in some way if I were around when you stood on that glass roof. Man, Nick, it's nice to be confident, but it's better to be safe! Maybe I can imagine why you hate gutter vacuums. You said earlier in the video that you don't like looking upwards and you have to do that all the time while vacuuming but you still see nothing at all. It's more like a feeling thing. What do you think? How is the search for a helper going along? If I remember right, you wanted to do that this year.

Hey Tatjana, aw you're so sweet, and definitely right, safety is very important. I admit , I didn't feel totally comfortable doing that, but felt I had little choice to get the job done. If i'd have had less roof to move, I probably would have said no to doing it. I'm not really sure in regards to the gutter vac thing, but I do accept that my feelings towards it are a little bit strange 😁. Bit slow on the helper front. I'm still looking for another van for that extra person, unfortunately, if I can't put them out to work on their own some days, I won't be able to afford them.

Hi Nick The profile on the gutter is called Ogee. Just a quick question please. When you apply the hypo to the patios , you use an X Jet. Can that be fitted onto a Karcher at all...? Great work mate.......

Hi Nick, Excellent work as per normal 👏. Can I ask mate have you got any experience in using a dosatron for hypo. I'm considering buying one as an investment and switching out the 12v backpack as mines finally gave out on me. They are quite expensive and just seeing if you've ever used one before I make the jump. Water pressure in my area seems good enough to support it. Hope you have a great season mate. Hi Nathan, cheers mate 🤜🤛. I've never used one bud, i've only ever used a Honda Rolltek soft wash bowser for big jobs, or the good old backpack. I've heard the Dosatrons are excellent, so if you've got the funds, it's probably worth the investment 👍

Just leave it on, it'll revert back to salt within 24-48 hours
