I’ve found that incorporating it early in their life, not offering junk food often and finding the ones they like is how you do it. Yeah, it’s fun to spoil them with things like chips but it should be vegetables 95% of the time and chips 5%, for example. Less healthy things should be a special occasion thing and fruit & veg should be the norm.

my parents were health freaks growing up. i used to hate it but now i thank them for it. if i hadn’t developed those healthy habits early in life i most likely wouldn’t have any at all

Sair’s is such a role model to me! I feel social media doesn’t have enough people like her! She’s so chill, sweet but still strong woman who is confident in being herself!

Can't eat a meal without a drink. Literally impossible.

I love at 17:45 that Luca has come into his own and just takes over the commentary. He is so used to being in front of the cam and comfortable with just hopping in with something valid ❤️
