As someone who has been living of foodbanks since November, thank you for doing this to donate meals. You have no idea the heartbreak when the food bank doesn't get enough donations to provide a good box and its all bread. Literally. Maybe a couple eggs, maybe a couple bruised fruits and a box of rice chex with no milk. Food is food when you are in need but Donations help so much to give more variety.But really thank you. Food insecurity is a national problem. This helps so much for so many people 🥺❤

I’ve been watching the series for an hour it’s so good

i think what really struck me today when i saw how much has been raised through this series is with gas prices so high and a lots of families in the US struggling financially right now, this is just an insane blessing for so many people. probably even more than usual because of the circumstances. i really look up to Ryan so much and i look forward to these videos everyday which are really helping to make a difference in the world. 😄

As weird as it sounds fruits and veggies wouldn’t do that much good. Whit how little he is eating and his calorie expenditure he needs high caloric foods. Especially being in dessert heat he’s just sweating all that sodium out. Is it really “healthy” no but if he ate a bunch of veggies (expensive) he’d have a much lower calorie intake.
