I love watching you eat everything that makes you happy cause usually when you eat something that you like its easier to eat large portions which would help you in your challenges !!

Honestly love watching you eat burgers always makes me want to or actually get one. Makes me crave them more ultimately making them taste even better no lie haha

i don’t think erik gives himself enough credit for what he had accomplished. this man did several food challenges throughout the week before hitting the final challenge. that alone is a challenge in itself. ERIK YOU ARE AN ANIMAL!
