Hey Shrew, I just found your channel and would like to say I really enjoyed the mushroom talk. If you’re interested in fungi, I work with bacterial communication and one of the coolest forms is actually with a type of fungus! Paenibacillus vortex and the fungus Aspergillis fumigatus have a crazy symbiotic interaction where the bacteria will swarm (to move) and actually carry conidia of the fungus with them and have been observed using them to bridge gaps the bacteria would not otherwise be able to cross. They also make very cool patterns if you loon up P. vortex. Great video, will definitely stick around for future videos

dude that is one of the coolest things ive ever seen thank you so much for showing me that molds are so fascinating to me and the relationship w the bacteria is just amazing i love how fungi just creates a symbiotic relationship with almost all kingdoms its so amazing like how ants farm them, we eat them and plants use them for nutrients and now bacteria also using them its just so amazing to me how they always fit into these such specific niches that often benefit the other party as well as the mushroom and how they can form these relationships with things that are so far apart in relation to each other there so versatile i love it

The ted talk parts are the best part of the video! Makes you stand out, and are super interesting!

I think most of us can agree that we have been watching videos from tons of different creators and as good as it is, at the end of the day its just a video of minecraft, with your videos its minecraft, but with a cherry on top in form of ted talks, or last time when you werent shy and shared with us the story of your dog! I've never heard of lobster mushrooms so your tangent was more than welcome!! I always tune in for the mushroom talk haha. I couldn't help but giggle at your talk about Capsaicin, because one of the treats I give to my pet parrot is dried chilies, he loves tearing into them and its fun to watch.. But its less fun when you forget you just touched a spicy pepper and rub your eyes

@@ShrewGoo a weird type of plant species called tubers can basically multiply underground and why they are so successful in doing this is because a variety of reasons #1 is probably to keep them safe not just from predators like Locusts and grasshoppers but also from the temperature above ground these plants are also extremely hearty and resilient crops being able to grow in most climates the group contains species such as Potatoes, carrots, Beetroot, radishes etc and the strangest fact of all is how they reproduce it's asexually through parts called eyelets and this act kills the original tuber but creates more in it's place

minecraft 100 days in a dying universe have a space mod and some other mods that make each planet uninhabitable over time. different shit on each world and you gotta rush to get to the next one before that world is destroyed. end goal is like a space station or stabilize a world. Would require a little custom modding but itd be worth it :)

This right here put the biggest smile on my face when I read it yesterday so much so I didn’t replay immediately so I could look at it again this morning to start my day with a smile. I absolutely love that you enjoy my special interest it’s a big obsession of mine and I just love fungus so much and being able to share that with a audience that loves hearing about it genuinely makes me the happiest man alive. I also had a lot of trouble with people not wanting to hear about my special interests and now it’s just insane to me that what people would of found Annoying or made fun of me for is now such a large positive part of my KZread channel. Also I’ve got the big adhd not autism but honestly feel like I might be a lil on the spectrum pretty often but who knows adhd is neurodivergent and is very similar. Thank you so much I’m really glad you enjoyed the Ted talk and I’d say the reason it felt like we were having a convo is because I’m mind we were, that’s usually how I talk with people irl too I just like learning and knowing stuff and sharing that stuff with others that’s like 90% of my personality the other ten being a big animal lover lol I’ve been trying to get into doing videos on other games and non 100 days series but i find it very hard to make time for it since I do all the filming and editing for the 100 days videos myself. I’m looking into hiring a editor for a second channel where I post the same typa videos but other games and non 100 days but with all the memes and vibes of the normal videos. So hopefully I’ll be able to do that soon cause I really would love it. My computer atm is like over 10 yrs old and barely holds together while editing so every few clicks I have to wait a min or two for stuff to load so it takes a lot longer to make videos but I think soon when I get a new pc I’ll be able to make 100days faster and have time for other types of videos along with possibly streaming or at least I really want to start streaming but we will have to see how life leads me I’m just riding the waves trying to find directions atm. I really do appreciate all the words you’ve said I’ll be thinking about them for a while it really does mean a lot that I know I have a community that’s as supportive as you guys backing me up. Honestly I’ve struggled a lot mentally over the years and because of this KZread thing I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been even got to move out on my own. So again thank you thank you thank you so flipping much for the amazing support and kind words!!

here is a tip, use endoflames for localised mana production, as they are easy to make, and can be fed anything flammable to make quite a bit of mana. also, the mushroom tangent was good

I will never understand how anyone can play Hardcore Minecraft and have hearts missing, food levels missing, and food on their hotbar without immediately eating and waiting to heal. Also: Great video.

I’m glad you think so honestly I used to be really insecure of my laugh but this whole KZread thing has made me fall in love with my laugh since a lot of you enjoy it and it make you guys happy I’ve been able to start loving it my self

Pro tip, if you middle click on your mouse in a chest. It will sort your items. Good for early game trying to sort and find items.
