Stress from Al-B's work,being there for sam when she was going through the depressing phase, plus he now owns a restaurant. That is a lot to handle at times. Being a restaurant owner is major stress but could be very rewarding. My family owned a restaurant for many, many years until finally they had to just let it go. And it wasn't because We didn't have customers but because it requires so much. I really hope that you, Samantha, be very supportive and help out as much as you can. Happy Anniversary!, I was thinking about you and your depression, I use to have the deepest, darkest, depression, so much so, my husband would walk into the room and say, it feels really thick in here, and he would leave. He could not take it sometimes. Exercise, staying off of sugar and getting lot's of rest helped a little, but what finally worked for me and I don't have any depression anymore is menopause! Sad but true, I am not completely balanced and feel better than I have my whole life.
