First time I hear that Maru is prone to skin tumors. Where were these tumors ? Poor baby.... He lets you touch his paws today very cute and he spreads his toes too. Hana and Miri eating together but at a distance. Maru has his own elevated plate because of the shape of his head and mouth. Touching and cuddling to show how much you love them is wonderful and gives them the security they need. Maru trusts you to keep his food for later so Hana won’t finish it for him. Spoiled children and very cute.

まるさん7回も手術受けてたんですね💦 ずっと変わりなく健康的に過ごしてるのは、主さんが愛情たっぷりのスキンシップが日課になってるからかな😊 3匹とも大人しくナデナデされてる様子からして、日頃からどれだけ愛情を注いで、信頼が築けてるかを感じます❤ そろそろブラッシングしてるゴロゴロ言ってくれるまるさんが観たいです🥰

Fortunately Muguchan is such a great cat mum she monitors the condition of her fur kids on a daily basis. It must be really stressful to discover any anomalies in the kitties and have to take them to get checked over by the vet. Maru has some melanocytes in his eyes as well. Besides getting sun protection [hats etc] I've read that ozonated castor oil in eye drop formula has tested positively for the treatment of ocular disorders [see www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6006625/] Hope some extra information helps.

I love that maru needs a holder otherwise he'd push the bowl off the counter

I thought the holder was to spare his neck so they don't get arthritis or if they already have it, it spares the neck? We have something similar for our cats so they don't have to bend all the way down to the floor. I didn't even think about him pushing the food bowl.

I did not know Maru has had surgeries to remove skin tumors. You take care of your feline babies so well. And they trust you so much. Not all cats will lie on their backs to be stroked.

Darling Maru losing it at the vet when going through surgery because of the tumors. Fasting before and coming home starving. Too bad they don’t understand that going home and patrolling is most important. We love him too from a distance. Hope vet knows by now.

So cute, Maru loves his foot massage, Hana with her pretty lipstick, Miri with her little pink toe beans. I lost my 6-year old calico Essie to sarcoma so I was beyond relieved when you said all of Maru's tumors were benign. thank goodness!!!
