coach this is such a perfect timing. today my ex and i saw each other unexpectedly. he nodded and smiled back at me and i approached him and asked how he was and he said he was okay. kind of awkward cause he was with his workmates and i was also with mine. we broke up november 26 and then after that no communication, until today. i messaged him after saying it was nice to see him and he replied saying the same thing, and we’ve been exchanging conversations taking it slowly. i still have feelings for him and have mixed emotions but overall i’m happy i got to see him.

If you still have feelings you should keep talking to him and maybe see him again to avoid any regrets. You can start a new relationship if you both understand your mistakes.

@@LoveAdviceTVCommunity yes coach, we’re still communicating yet constantly reminding myself to not talk about the past haha. then he said “you know to tell you the truth, i miss you. it sucks we didnt get to properly talk since we were both surrounded by other people.” you have no idea how comforting it felt haha! thank you so much for replying and will definitely take note of this especially coming from you, coach. taking it one day at a time and what’s meant to be, will be ❤️

There were some uncertainties in terms of us, we had a call to iron out any bad blood and now I’m going to take a period of no contact and work on myself. It’s a long distance relationship so maybe some of the things like saying about where I ate and she’d love it wouldn’t work. Maybe something that I done that she’d find interesting? Our main interest we shared was gaming 😁 thanks for the informative video as always btw

What do you do to feel better ?

My ex and I are talking now. She’s not in love with me anymore (as she said). I know to myself that I got the high energy while talking to her. We’re talking just like great friends. But I’m always the one initiating the conversation.

I have been in a relationship for 12 years with my ex (we are both about 38 yo) , we broke up 10 months ago because i cheated on her , also i wasnt always the best for her, i just cheated on her once but i wasnt very supportive and i didnt wanted to do many things with her, mainly because for the last 5/6 years i was struggling with some sort of depression. I know, im a catch ! So, the firts few months she texted me angrily understandably, then we went mainly silent , and now for the last 5 months im trying to get her back, im struggling because whats recomended is kinda ignore her to get her back, but a huge red flag in our relationship is how i ignored her... so, its hard , she says no way but i sense if i play my cards right i have a chance, a slim one.

What to do if we never dated but she rejected me several times and she only wants to be friends. I don't want to be just friends, it's a painful place to be. My ex is still angry about me putting him down, not being supportive enough. How do I reassure him that I am. If I didn't care etc I would not have stayed for 27 years

I call him for the last time on December 2nd 2023 and till now in no contact. His sister used to regularly communicate with me but he didn't bother talking with me. I think he has gone forever. He is not calling me nor texting me. It's almost 2 months.

If you want him back then yes. Cutting off communication will not help you get him back. No contact is mostly a mistake.

Broke uo with gf 10 days ago, we been together for 1 month, I'm more anxious, she is avoidant, she said she is sure about me, she wants to be together, then after 2 days got cold, we talked she said she do not see me as future partner. We talked out our feelings, past relationships and what is going now and decided to break up. So now im not contacting her for 1 week , I emigrated to other country, to work, so, deleted social media. Even though i said her if she wanta she can contact me, she has my number, but still not contact from her side. Btw she said everyrhing is fine with me, she likes me, she even introduced me to her family, we celebrated christmas together. Guess that doesn't mean anything 🤷. Anyways..
