I never met him but my father used to tell me glowing stories of Jagjit Singh Arora. After my dad retired, he had an export business, and some of his clients were Pakistanis. Many used to come over for product inspection and other business dealings, and my task was to show them around Mumbai (around 2015 onwards). I have interacted so much with them that I can differentiate between Pakistani Punjabi and Indian Punjabi.

Chandigarh becomes my favorite city in India, i never been most cities of Northern India and very much Thankful to Abrar who's going through each village and cities since he started his journey from Kochi. The Punjabis are great way to treat their fellow Punjabi and thanks for their true love and affection towards Abrar, the village family welcome was really touching and the narrative of Indian and British business stories on the either side of the river was so good to learn about India before Independence 😊. Love from Srilanka 🎉

@@harikrishbhat bro, not hardly, there is just no forest cover, intense construction has spoiled this city. Trust me when its around 40 plus in this city, you have no cover over your head if you are outside. Also, there are no widespread campaigns to grow trees or to make walkable areas. I believe people of karachi do their 9 to 6 and they really dont care about the city. Even in upper class areas, you would see only clean but not green streets.

@@AMMARTRAVELS sadly, many or rather, most don't realize that Karachi, a very historical city was called the ' Paris' of the East...even till mid 60s! It was cosmopolitan with sizeable population of Parsis, Goans, Xtians, Hindus et al!.What happened after that is ghastly...well chronicled! It's actually the legacy city of the Indus Valley Civilization (IVC)...reflected in many aspects of the architecture and plan of the urban spread. I saw a yt video about a khi ngo doing a restoration of a heritage locality with ppl in the area as stakeholders! That was very positive...very encouraging! Hope u ppl can rejuvenate ur majestic city and drive out the gangs mafia who put paid to it's past history. Best wishes...✌️🙏

I have seen many sikh families visiting Pakistan where there ancestors once lived . I belong to Rawalpindi and an elderly man was talking about a place " Chitti Hatiyaan " . I want to say that the place still exists with same name and is very hustling bustling place around very famous Raja Bazar , adjoining Muree Road to one side and linked to other side with Sadar via Gawalmandi and city Sadar Road . Baba jee must have the idea ..... Amazing sikh community who value their traditions and deeply ties with birth place and Dharti Maa . Sat Siri Kal , from Pakistan ❤🎉🎉🎉

@@immad9706 brother think with a calm head. Pakistan was created out of india. British didnt favour anything. Historically even the land of pakistan belonged to india for millenniums. Just because partition was on basis of religion this was done. But realistically speaking just answer me this, why did india owe to give even an inch of land to create another country? Historically it was not a muslim land. Islam was forced into india by initial raiders and then the rulers. Even still india is content today with whatever land it has. We dont demand the part of kashmir that has been taken by Pakistan. We have moved on. Pakistan too should move on. India doesnt lose much without maintaining trade relations with Pakistan. But today Pakistan is losing a lot because the trade route is india to dubai and then to pakistan which results in higher duties and taxes.
