I stayed at an $1800 per night 5 star resort called the Canyon Suites at The Phoenician in Phoenix back in January 2022 and this is my experience. This might be a long one for you folks as it covers a wave of emotions while doing a room tour, checking out the property, and trying to relax during my vacation. I had a few issues during my stay and also found my camera quality needs to get better when filming myself.
BTW, I am not getting paid for any of this so this is a honest review nor did I pay the whole $1800 per night due to a discount as I work for a different hotel part of Marriott.
